Total scam… unreliable platform
The platform isn’t reliable at all. They charged me with €33,99 and they didn’t provide me with any service.
They didn’t sent me the reservation voucher, and the platform wasn’t accessible as well, so I didn’t have any proof of reservation and I didn’t know the park location.
Also, my reservation was for 8am, the park received my reservation at 10 !! So I ended up paying the money and got nothing in return and they refused to refund me back. They just managed to disrupt my travel plan and I ended up paying extra €50 for a taxi to the airport.
Not recommended at all it’s a total scam!
Update to your reply: All details and proofs was sent to your email and WhatsApp no, I was told no refund will happen.I hope you re-investigate and look closely on the timelines of the sent proofs because your platform was glitching causing this mess.

UNACCEPTABLE !! 31 KM DRIVEN WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE
This is the second using this service and I am very disappointed, they used 31 km on the vehicle while they had the vehicle, honestly not trust worthy and very disappointing. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!

Great service, clear instructions
My booking was processed immediately. Instructions on the voucher were perfect. Staff at the parking lot was polite and professional.
The location of the parking was distant from the airport, but transfer was excellent.

Returning to Charleroi
When returning to Charleroi it was raining and we need to wait without any protection for the suttles which drivers were at the time controled by the police.
After that, I went in a suttle, I was driven to another park and the driver told me to wait because he will drive me to the park where my cra was. However he forgot me and went back to the airport.

ABC Gold Parking, Above and Beyond
I have used the ABC Gold Parking Service about 6 times prior to my last trip and I have been delighted with their service. However, on my last trip they exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond the service I expect from a parking service. I cannot recommend them enough.

Too much waiting time on the way back.
The parking lot isn't easy to find, especially when you arrive at night. The ride to the airport is fine. On the way back, we called as planned and went to the meeting point, but 40 minutes later there was still no sign of the shuttle. We called again, and the shuttle arrived, but the driver was still waiting for two more passengers... We explained that we’d been waiting for over 45 minutes (at night), so the driver finally left to take us to the parking lot. We were a bit disappointed with this return trip.
