Over 8 years ago, I went to Florida to train with the manufacturer of our commercial grade sealer. There I learned all about the process, step by step, from proper power washing, taking cleaning pavers to a whole new level, wet sanding, a technique that takes quite some time to master, which helps eliminate air pockets when sanding, and utilizing our product specific spray rig to apply the sealer, coat after coat for proper coverage and enhancement. After 1000's of residences, we have achieved a level of customer service ahead of our competition, before and after the service is provided. Chances are I have sealed a neighbor. With years of experience running pressure washers using high quality water based sealers, it has become a simple choice to only focus on cleaning and sealing pavers. We do not do installation of pavers or concrete. We do not do landscaping, garage epoxy, walls, repairs, window washing, construction clean up, grout sealing, tile setting or general construction. This keeps our focus and specialty strictly on power washing and sealing pavers and existing concrete. I use industrial strength equipment to get the job done right the first time. I also have an extensive background in running businesses and do all of my own graphics and site designs to help keep our overhead low and pass on the low pricing back to our clients. One of our biggest secrets to success is, we never quote one price and then add extras at the job. We always power wash the entire area, add sand where needed (always included), start with a flood coat of sealer, and wait for it to soak in, then add as many top coats as needed to insure full color enhancement. Some of our competition actually charges for additional coats, even though it is required to get the enhancements you would expect.
