Do not pay the ATO through paycom
A payment to the ATO made through this platform did not get through. I am very concerned about the legitimacy of this platform. All reference numbers were correct and I sought advice from paycom while setting up the payee.

3 days for funds to hit accounts is not good enough!
The points system is all well and good, but when you need to pay those huge fees you expect the funds to be transferred with 24 hours. I waited for 3 days for funds to hit my suppliers accounts. Not good enough. Would not recommend!

Piero was fantastic in running me through the platform. Having been on similar calls with other providers, I wasn't made to feel rushed nor silly for my questions. The extra cost you charged to pay…
The extra cost you charged to pay through you for points is double what I received in points I received when transferring.
So basically I paid you $450 to receive a saving of $200 from the airline.
You’re just another scammer! I won’t be using you again.
