Non Seri, Sconsigliato ci ho rimesso ben 260€ , invio le email al supporto è non ricevo nessuna risposta.La mia lamentela è riferita ha ben 2 Chargeback avvenuti sul mio conto PayPlug , con la seguente mail :

We have been notified that a chargeback was filed against you for the transaction of 98.21€ on 00-00-00 at 10:22 by XXXXtiscali.it (ID pay_XXXXXXXXXX).
A chargeback occurs when the buyer contacts their credit card-issuing bank to request a refund for a purchase made using his credit card.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, when a chargeback is filed, we are obliged to transfer the full amount of the transaction from your PayPlug account to the credit card-issuing bank, plus a chargeback fee of €15 that will be included in your next invoice. You do not need to do anything at this stage.

Nell'email che ho inviato ho chiesto esplicitamente delle risposte dettagliate alle condizioni presenti sul loro sito , e la motivazione ti tale risarcimento, ma nessuno a saputo contattarmi .Inoltre PayPlug NON ha un servizio telefonico o di chat. Tengo a precisare che il suo concorrente PayPal offre un sevizio dedicato per Chargeback ed inoltre , se ci dovrebbero essere le condizioni per il rimborso sono loro stessi ad emettere il risarcimento a loro carico (quanto specificato sul sito).

Payplus is good only if you sell in France. As soon as you start selling abroad it starts to be a mess and 50% of the payments get refused due to 3D secrure.

Best Payment Tool, Hands Down! ♥

This is hands down the best payment tool I've used. Simple to use and effective. No more site visitors abandoning their purchase because of a frustrating payment experience. No more time wasted for me on the backend. Looks professional, protects me from fraudulent payments, and I can't stress enough how easy it is to install and use.
