I use them as a payment processor/merchant of record to sell my software online, worldwide.

Been using them for around 6 months now, and it's worked very well - customers have had no troubles, payouts have been quick and reliable so far, the online dashboard is unpolished in places but does the job effectively, and support has been extremely helpful & responsive with the various small questions I've had.

I had previously had problems with payments elsewhere when selling in Latin America & Asia, and PayPro have been a notable improvement on other processors I've tried in terms for selling outside the US & Europe - much wider payment method & currency support, and better fraud handling (e.g. they can enable 3DS and other tighter checks on a per-country basis if you ask, depending on the issues you're seeing).

They are did scam with me i did order through ammy ask for refund they said connect supervisor but they wont give my money backk not recommended that website at all fruad …..

Took extra 162 euro from 1500 because of using their service, not recommended there was NO information about double exchange (EURO->PLN->EURO), Refusing to rollback or anything, support does not answer you questions instead copy pastes ready texts.

The consultant was very Professional and engaging.

yes, the individual handling my order of which i did so 2x, was on it quickly and handled the problem not only with swiftness, but did so rather nicely. i appreciate that individual immensely.

The person on the phone assisted me to the very end trying to find all different ways to help. I finally was able to solve the problem and get my software reinstated and able to be used again. I really appreciated the help.

First of all, I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive when an email claiming that your services were unable to contact me was received. How is this possible because there was nowhere to enter a phone number while completing the transaction.

When I dialled the international number, all I heard was a recording, which worried me. Then I noticed a toll-free number, and a man answered it.

After verifying as the legit cardholder, he told me that I would receive my serial number shortly. Indeed, a few minutes later, the email containing the serial number I had purchased arrived.

I do value your services' attention to the needs of your consumers, but if you would want a contact number, please include a field for it on the order, as there wasn't one.

Additionally, both of the two contact numbers must to be answered. I got a recording when I dialled the international number. I was on the verge of giving up when I made the decision to phone the toll-free number was also listed.

Once more, I want to praise the system for confirming the CC holder. Yes, it is annoying, but you know I prefer that to be sure someone or the corporation gives security with online purchases.

I can confirm, this company is shady to say it nicely.. they wanted me to verify mi identity and asked me to send picture id and pictures of my cc, when they flagged me for a wp plugin i wanted to purchase, I sent in my info, and I was denied, then I was billed 142 USD and yesterday i was Billed 204 USd, after a refund was promised.I charged back the transaction.

I was caught up in a moment of my "own stupidity"..... and your crew picked up the ball and ran with it making everything all right and good again! I so appreciate everyone's help!

Randomly stole 2 amounts of money from my account saying they take payments for an app called clario on apple! A who gave clario the right to give you my bank details I’d call that breach of privacy! B transactions do not appear on apple statement but they know all the details!!!!! Be ware!!!!

I had some question and I got help superfast and correct.

Seems to be a scam.
I paid for credits to use on the platform but the service didn't work.
We've now opened a dispute in Paypal and will leave a few more reviews on the main platforms to warn other people to avoid these people.

The Paypal dispute has been escalated due to no refund so I presume the owners are refusing to refund the payment for a non service. It's only 8 dollars guys. If you prefer we can arrange payment in instalments as I know business is hard these days.
