It was a very easy process to sell my laptop through them. I was given a great offer but when I sent in the laptop they told me they couldn't offer me anything for my laptop and took my offer away. I was pretty shocked and bummed about it so I just let them recycle it. I didn't really understand why they took the offer away. It was a really good laptop and it was in great condition. But I'll be going through them again to sell my devices thats for sure.

I was told of the amount for my trade in, and there was no discrepancy between the quoted amount, and what I will receive. Also, the amount is surprisingly generous. It’s great that there is a service of this nature. Although it seems to be taking more time to receive my digital amount than what I expected. So I hope I will receive it soon.

Phobio made the shipping easy. Communication was prompt. Great experience with the exception of not specifying who the sender is going to be for the reward card. It would have helped knowing and thus screening through junk mail more effective.
