The sign up was easy and I was kept informed during processing. The shipping box was also easy to use and submit. I could have received a higher payment if I recycled through Apple. However, the COSTCO shop card is more versatile.

Very easy process and very fast to receive the Costco shop cards. I made the mistake of wiping the first phone before going through the quote process, it asked several questions I wasn't sure of the answer. I was able to find them but would have been easier to do the quote process first.

UPS/Phobio didn't handle my laptop properly
My laptop was in good physical condition when I handed it over to UPS for "packing and delivery". I thought it was convenient that I didn't have to box it myself, but I shouldn't have trusted that option. Phobio got back to me with pictures of "external damage to the laptop" and paid me only $32 instead of $160 that I had agreed to initially. I don't know if UPS or Phobio damaged my laptop, but I won't be using this service again.
