Incredibly harsh valuation
Incredibly harsh. Lost 90% of valuation for marks on a perfectly working screen. They are convenient, but other than that basically a scam.

Bait and switch and then took my packaging
I was offered $65.00 for an old MAC laptop I had from 2013. It worked great with no issues and I sent the product in the original packaging that I kept with all of the documentation and charging cords. Once it was revived they stated it was the correct item and took my original box and documents. They then offered me $0.00 to keep it and I said no asked it to be returned. It then got damaged in shipping back because they took it out of the box I sent it in and sent it back loose with cords only.
