The overall production of the book I created with Photobox is satisfactory.
The photos were mostly taken with a semi-professional DSLR and the resolution was high. Unfortunately, the print quality is only satisfactory on most photos, and poor on one or two.
I would be reluctant to use them again.
Horrible! I order photo book in November to be a present for Christmas. Never get it !!! I called to check if it’s on the way and was told shortly will be with me. 2 days to leave for my Christmas holiday am calling again and what? I was told my book with not be with me and is probably not on the way ?! Joke ! Joke joke !!!! Never again !!!! Making one big joke of customers.
Super photos
Nice finish. High quality product. Produced quickly. Ability to create own product is a plus.
I love seeing our photographs reproduced on canvas.
Great quality. Fantastic service. Thank you
Good deals, if it wasn't for them I couldn't buy so many products in Photobox.
the products they offer are amazing and with a really good quality.
I will continue using this website
Todo perfecto y puntal
Expensive but a good product
very happy with how my book turned out. only negative is the size of the letters, a bit bigger than expected as it is hard to tell from the preview. worth the money for sure.
Todo perfecto. Totalmente recomendable
Good quality of the prints. Sometimes hard to edit, but still best price/quality I could find so far
I needed a quote for a bulk order, which I requested on a Saturday morning, not expecting an answer until Monday. To my surprise, I got an answer the same morning. I got a great price and the employee who was attending my case helped my through the whole online process until my order was placed. Great service.
Todo perfecto! Repetiremos
Great service
I made an album 100 pages. Very nice and easy computer program to work with but the printed album I would not recommend.
Have used this company many times are have never had a problem with the service, excellent quality! :)

Very poor customer service. I ordered a canvas on a buy one get one free offer put the relevant code in but only one canvas arrived.
I emailed to find out if it was on it’s way and 3 days later I still hadn’t had a response so I had to chase this up. Finally someone responded and said that I would not be able to have the canvas as the offer had now expired and that I should look out for other offers 😡 well I won’t be ordering from them again as am very disappointed as I’ve always used this company but won’t again.
I was sent a discount code for photo prints - “pay for 50 and get 100 free”
But when I went into the checkout process and entered the code I was told the offer was “not available” as I had “made a purchase in the last 36 months”
In the last 3 years?? Seriously??Are these guys for real?? You couldn’t make it up.
For a start, why make the offer to those deemed ‘ineligible’ - but more importantly, just HOW LONG do customers have to wait to take advantage of their sacred promotions??! Would they ever be worthy enough to qualify in the first place??
Photobox are disingenuous and way out of step with rival companies who are happy to offer numerous discounts over the course of the same calendar year.
Their customer ‘service’ was about as helpful as a chocolate frying pan and despite sending me a feedback survey, surprise surprise, nobody has attempted to offer any kind of help or reparation.
Based on this experience, they just wasted my time and I cannot envisage ever making a purchase from Phonybox again, much less recommend them to others.
UPDATE: Photobox have since come back to me and added the appropriate promotion to my basket. However, at just under £10 (inc postage) in total for 150 standard photos (and at a promo rate) still seems excessively high. That’s approx 7p per print - but it costs under 5p per print to do them at home.
Without a doubt the p&p costs ramp up the overall price, but if Photobox cannot at least match the print-at-home costs, then the big question is: how does the customer benefit from using their photo printing service?
