The PRO 1 balls I purchased were very disappointing. They feels like light, inconsistent and do not last very long. I still prefer the Lifetime green balls.
I ordered lifetime pickleballs
I ordered lifetime pickleballs. Paid for them. They said they shipped but tracking never showed them on transit for several weeks. I paid 13 dollars for shipping which was high. I called in and was told to wait. Then I saw they reshipped the item and it finally came a week later. Took almost a month to get them and probably wouldn’t have if I didn’t call in who knows if I’d ever get them. This was my first experience with pickleball central. No apology or offering of a discount , free shipping or something on next purchase. Would be hesitant to use again.

I bought the broomstik for 333.00 and what you mailed /shipped it in; the packaging was terrible it was nothing but a slightly paddled envelope. The paddle also did not come with a cover for that price !!! Around the edge of the paddle is slightly chipped and damaged. Very disappointed in what it was sent in and how it looked when I got it and the quality of the paddle made.

Not worth the Hassle, trouble, buy somewhere else
Bought a net from them a while ago for christmas, and we wanted to return it because it was not made right for the 320+ dollar price tag you pay and no one is taking accountability or taking care of the issue not CRTC not PickleballCentral. Poor customer service I would not buy from this company.

I have used you guys numerous times and have had no problems with anything except when it comes to delivery.
I have experience that I can NEVER expect anything to be delivered on time.
UPS is terrible about delivery dates this last order I’m expecting was for a special occasion it was supposed to be here yesterday the fourth and as usual it didn’t make it I just got a text and was told it will be here later than expected.
Unfortunately I have found out if I order straight from the company it gets here sometimes in as little as two days.
Returns are confusing
Returns are confusing. The website navigation is clunky with a lot of written instructions but no click through to the end game. After mailing the shoes back we were left in the dark (really just wanted an exchange of better size) until I emailed them to find out how long it would take. Also still not sure what will happen with the return (credit, exchange option, refund to credit card etc).
Paddle Never delivered - Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a paddle on Feb 24 and as of March 4th the paddle is still not in transit and USPS has no record of a package being in their possession. Contacted PBC two times via phone calls and have an email exchange ongoing. Since this was a bday gift I asked to cancel the order since the paddle is still showing at their facility, but they claim it has been shipped despite the tracking info showing it is not yet in transit. Their response to me is to not "stress out" since this happens all the time and that there is nothing they can do. I just opened a dispute with my credit card company because I have no faith that this paddle will ever be delivered and that PBC will do the right thing. I ended up ordering the same paddle from Dicks sporting goods and got it two days later. I do not recommend using PBC based on this experience
Uncaring Customer Service
Their ordering process went smoothly. However they took over 10 days to get a shipment to California from Utah for an in stock item. When I called to inquire they blamed the Post Office. The tracking system showed the order sat in Utah for 5 days with no movement.
When asked about the delivery and apparent delay, the Customer Service team was nonchalant and did not express any concern as if they got their money and too bad the post office is not doing their job. Offered no assistance to track or assist with providing an accurate delivery date. The prices were not significantly better here and I could have purchased elsewhere but thought to give them a try. Relationship management scores low here

Buyers Beware
Purchased a pair of shoes that were on sale, however it wasn't clearly indicated that the shoes were final sale and eligible for return. I contacted customer support immediately and was informed that I was "out of luck and my best option was to list them on Facebook Marketplace". Well....Pickleball Central is also "out of luck" because they just lost a customer for life....which has a higher value than the pair of shoes I bought.
