We would like to inform you that we have temporarily suspended Kenya eVisa applications due to the implementation of new regulations by Kenya Immigration. As a result of these changes, the Kenya eVisa is no longer applicable, and the ETA has been introduced as a new application system to allow tourists to confirm their tourist profile.
During this transition, we needed some time to establish the exact procedures for ETA applications. Consequently, we advised applicants to be patient and wait for a brief period while we finalized the necessary processes.
Despite of the ongoing testing phase for the new regulations in our system, we prioritized the immediate processing of applications for the current applicants. We understand the importance of timely services and worked diligently to minimize the waiting period for our applicants.
