The plants came all terribly packadged! 4 plants twisted in one box... Very dissapointing...

We are sorry for your disappointment. You ordered 4 young plants, less than 40cm each, that have been indeed packaged in one box., as this is standard procedure. If you need to receive each plant in an individual box, we recommend you pass a different order for each plant (but the delivery costs will be higher). If you have an issue with the quality of the plants you receive, please send us a message and photos from your customer account so that we can give you a solution.

The big plants were in good condition, but the smaller 'pods' were soggy and almost dead.
All in all the service was good.
Not very good price vs quality ratio.
Plants too small, overall just too expensive for what's offered when looking at the size & quality of the very small plants. On the positive side they have plenty/diversified offer and are a serious business.
