Better search spare items in India or USA!
The company applies as an international company, but the practice is unbelievably incapable and looks like very regional. Delivery within 2 days promised, after 2 months still no functioning goods and de facto a refusal of repair / replacement of the defective delivered goods. The customer service has proved to be very uncompetent and is absolutely not customer-oriented. Something of the worst that ever happened to me.
The only thing that worked was collecting the money.
I really can't recommend this company, even if they might have the goods you're looking for. There are comparable suppliers in India and the USA that seem much more serious to me today. I don't think you would have been so badly served.

Dear Mr. Kohler, we're very sorry to read about this. Unfortunately, shipment within 1-2 days is only applicable to the EU, where customs regulations differ from outside the EU. Customs is the root cause of the delay, especially when you sent back the item to us using a shipping carrier of your choice. We ship worldwide on a daily basis, and luckily this is one of the exceptions...
