As Financial Controller for a small business, Pleo has made keeping track of payments and receipts much simpler. It's a very intuitive tool and has saved us a lot of time. I've also been impressed by Pleo's friendly and helpful customer service.
Ever since I got my Pleo card, the amount of annoying work in getting reimbursements has disappeared. Wonder why this company didn't exist long back :D
I've been using Pleo for business and I find it very straightforward. I like the instant prompting when a payment has been made, it's very user-friendly and easy to use.
This saves me so mush time for my business expenses. No longer need to fill in spreadsheets for my Finance dept. No need to reclaim expenses from my personal Credit card. Made life so much easier. Highly recommended.
We use Pleo for business spending and in particular travel. It's integrations such as photo upload of receipts and the Gmail inbox automatic receipt upload save hours of time!

Pleo is - in general - not having a very good customer support. As a paying customer I can not get in contact with them. I've tried using the chat- function on their website - which I'm now "in queue" for for 14 minutes. At the same time I've tried to call them - and just gets an answer machine.
Definitely not a very professional company - if they don't take their paying customers more serious.
I have been paying for the pleo service for a long time - and in general it's a great idea. But they are really too focused on their own success - getting all the big fundings - and not focused on customer service.
This is really sade
One of the best choices that a company can make! On the surface the impact seems simple, but in reality it is just so much more.

Brilliant system. Saves heaps of time on entering receipts. Pleo support is second to none.
The team at Pleo were easily accessible and really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the set up and integration with Xero, which was surprisingly straightforward. The issuing of cards to staff, adjusting spending limits, reconciliation of spending and topping up the Pleo account is so easy and the mobile app works like a dream for users. It has made the management of expenses so much simpler and saved us lots of time and hassle!
No need to go elsewhere when you need a company Credit card! Pleo has it all - integrations to your favourite ERP, cost analysis - you name it - and its all managed in real time!

Pleo has been such a great addition to our business. For the employee - it makes business expenses incredibly simple and ensures the employee isn't out of pocket any money. For the business, Pleo makes tracking simple. I run the reports on Pleo and I can see that we are collecting our VAT receipts and that money is properly being linked to departments and proper account coding. Pleo has made accounting codes very simple for our accountant - it's one export and a quick review which has saved HOURS of time.
Pleo has made a huge difference to our company's admin. Staff are very pleased to no longer be out of pocket and processing expenses has become so much easier and more efficient for them. As the company's administrator, I spend far less time processing bulky sheets and I can easily export the expenses to our Xero accounting software in the click of a button. The software is also very easy to use and self-explanatory. I have given some suggestions over the last years for improvements and the Pleo team are always happy to feed this back and do something with it. A very helpful and friendly team that are always available on live chat.

Very easy to use expense system - the app is great and helps you keep on track by uploading pictures of your receipts. Never thought I'd see the day when I wouldn't need endless amounts of receipts to process expenses.
Really easy to use, very easy to keep track of spend and I liked being prompted to add a receipt as it made me do it instantly. Trained me into good habits!
