It's not free, not when you have to endure and suffer thru 15 minutes of commercials every 15 seconds. What a greedy heap of garbage of a company.....!

This streaming service is GARBAGE! I just downloaded it on fire TV and it won't play programs fully until the end. I'm on the 3rd episode of a series I'm trying to watch and all of them shut off like 10 minutes before it actually ends. The full show is there but it just won't play the last ten minutes for some reason I have to keep restarting and fast forwarding to the part it cut off at and it might play like a minute more than it'll shut off again so for 3 episodes I have no clue how it ends. SUPER frustrating!!
Plex needs to fix whatever this issue is because it's ridiculous! It makes no sense that the show keeps cutting off 10 mins before the end of each episode especially since the content is there, it just won't play through!

Ad breaks get longer with each break and the volume is louder than the program.

Ridiculous amount of commercials. The worst I've encountered. Plex treats its customers like fools and idiots that wont notice. I avoid Plex unless there is no other service available.

Plex plays an enormous amount of Ads. About every 7 mins you will have to watch a lot of ads. It also eats up your internet data. The movies and series are quite old too, but I've found a few I liked to watch again. The old ones are free , and a subscription may get you newer ones. I don't know for sure, as I only watch free.

So bad. Not only did I have 8 30sec ads about 7 times it also took me 15 mins to watch the last 5 mins of the movie because of buffering never using it again

Playback error AFTER EVERY COMMERCIAL. And Sooooo many commercials to boot. Horrendous.

Quite possibly the worst piece of shit out there. It's like every 5 minutes of tv there's 4 minutes of commercials. Just pure garbage.

Worst app I have ever used

I had this working well for two days and then it stopped working. Spent 3 days trying everything to get it to work with my cloud nothing. It’s a very unstable and unreliable application. Can’t believe how difficult the developers make this to use. Crashes constantly.

We thought, let's give it a try for a month, but even the 4 euros I spent was too much.
Many movies won’t stream, their own selection is poor, and if you think the 30-second ads will stop once you pay—guess again (even though ChatGPT claimed they would). There are no subtitles in your own language either.
What’s also frustrating are the ads for movies and series that simply aren’t available.
I was shocked by how little you actually get.

I've tried to watch several movies on Plex. It plays about 3/4 of the movie and shuts down. I never get to see the ending! Such a waste of time! I won't try it again!

Too many adverts. Was watching nativity with my daughter but the ads were not at all child friendly. Got most of the way through the film before it just randomly stopped and went back to the info screen. Waste of time!

Support not helpful. Rented a movie that I could not play on iPhone. It played on tv so I left and wanted to watch while I was away. Didn’t work. Support non existent. Asked for refund but nothing but try going to forum. Terrible

First time using this plex started watching a film 10mins in ad break 20mins in ad break I don't think so want people to watch plex pack it in with the ads otherwise your just as bad as other streaming services garbage

Absolute garbage. Got everything set up on my pc as the server, im online, media added to library, etc. Install on my android and TV, connect to the same network as my pc, log in, and what's this?? Server offline, it says. Check all my settings on server and receiver side, all is fine. Still offline and can't access server. Go to their forums and see this has been a major issue affecting thousands upon thousands of users as far back as 2015 to now. The only fix for some users was to clear the data and cache. This didn't work for me. Also true to form, their forums are also incompetently set up trash and even though I'm logged in, there's no way to reply to posts or create my own. No options but to delete this Absolute Trash as I've wasted enough hours getting nowhere already. On to the next server software. Don't waste your time with these incompetent clowns. 9+ years of a known issue and they still can't get it right or fix their garbage?? No thanks.
