Terrible. We settled down to watch a free film last night but the experience was very poor. Over-saturated colours giving the actors bright orange faces, adverts every ten minutes and then - about 15 minutes from the end - the film just cut out completely to a black screen. We tried to resume but there didn't seem to be any way of getting back to it. Complete rubbish.

Although there are some good things to watch on Plex TV, the thing is it tends to be unstable (on Firestick/cube), sometimes it just freezes, or it has a massive pause just before the Ads kick in, (usually mid scene and mid sentence), the amount of times I have to restart the App or the Firestick, makes it an experience that you would rather shy away from .

As a media server, Plex is second to none.

Very poor, i stated watching a film after enduring the ad's and after the second lot of ad's the film just froze meaning that i had to start all over untill the second lot of ad's and it froze again. I had had enough at that point in time and gave up, not enough hours in the day to use a poorly designed application.

i wish i could give this app zero stars. their ads are so frustrating and annoying, so much so i have uninstalled it from firestick and windows 11. even when paused just after add break there comes another ad break. i am sure there is a law against this in the u.k, but they seem to get away with it.

As a media server Plex is actually really good. However the free channels supported by ads are awful, just too many ads, too often... ruins an otherwise decent experience.

it's got decent content, video quality fine when it works. issues with video playback: sometimes the subtitles stop working, it NEVER remembers where you left off in a show so you have to scrub to the right time every time. worst of all are ads of course as everyone says - but not only are there three billion ads every ten seconds it feels like, but half the time the ads freeze or crash. either it turns 140 seconds of ads into a solid 5 minutes from waiting for ads to buffer, or worse it just crashes halfway through the ad break and forces you to completely exit the episode and (because it doesn't remember your time) start over. this happens /every/ episode, sometimes more than once an episode. if their ad servers suck so much i don't see why that should be my problem! i'm glad it's free but it's a terrible user experience.

Amazing choice of movies for free, better than Netflix. Lots of ads but it's free.

Worst app ever. Non stop ads. If you stop the movie and restart it, 2.5 mins of ads. The company has to be one of the greediest mess of a company ever.

If there were only a 0, it would fit. If you want to watch movies this is not the service to use. During a 90 minute movie there will be 21/2 minutes of ada every 10-12 minutes. This is the worst site ever. Don't waste your time!

Ads, ads and more soddin ads!!!! Pick a film...ads before it starts, opening credits roll....another set of ads, 3 minutes in...more ads, all the same and sometimes 1 ad 6 or 7 times in the same breath!!!! It's ludicrous. Can't pause something either and go back to it later because it vanishes. I'll confirm what another reviewer said about being taken back to the same part they'd just watched before....you guessed it! ADS!!!! ffs. Hardly a free site when you are raking it in with viewers bombarded by....ADS! a film that's 90 minutes long will take you 130 minutes to watch because of it. Aside from which it's just not worth the bother because their titles ain't even that good, most folk would tolerate the excessive use of "banned word inserted here" if the movie was a goodie but for the crap they have its so not worth it

Plex claims to be a free movie site but is just a gateway to other movie sites that are NOT free.

I really like the Plex app, the movies and series are top rated! Unfortunately I am disappointed to find your paid advertising is of POLITICAL PERSUASION IT HAS RUINED MY EVENING VIEWING WATCHING THE UNDESIRABLE POLITICAL GARBAGE.! I WILL PROBABLY THINK TWICE ABOUT WATCHING AT LEAST UNTIL THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IS OVER I CHOSE TO WATCH PLEX TO ESCAPE FROM THE MEDIA PROPAGANDA THAT IS FLOODING TELEVISION VIEWING!

Way too many adverts. Watching a film and there were 9 adverts in the first 1/2 hour. Very annoying.

I use on the desktop and every time you start a movie it round circles for about 10-15 seconds if not longer. Very irritating to have advertising placed in movie ruining the experience. The ads seem very long also. I'd also like more selection for movies since I've already watched most if not all they have. I know it's free but still could be better since there are so many other Free movie app's.

I was watching a film via Plex TV and before the film ended I got stupid advert about what they think (AI CRAP) I should watching next and the film ended and i lost the ednding as it was not shown.!!!!

I spent 1. 49 jours watching a clasic film only to ave the ending denied me????

I would NOT recommend anyone sign up for PLEX TV it is utter rubbish and I had to put up with 7 adverts in 1.30 hours . Worse then ITV or chanel 4, OK I could switch to SKY and watch other things while these adverts of lies cotinued but the point is DO NOT SIGN UP WITH PLEX AS YOU CANNOT SEE THE WHOLE FILM. They cut you off.

they are worse then freeview or PRIME the film was called "Falle Angel" with Vicore Mature A 1947 Classic B/W as modern films are usually violent, stupid and WOKE in the extreme and impossile to follow. However. this is no excuse to destroy the viewing pleasure of the customer.

I recommend you do NOT USE PLEX TV at all.

Downloaded and started to watch a film, many lengthy ads and then it hung half way through.

Like ? ok Movie content is cool , ok Streaming on Smart TV has lots of 150 second commercial breaks "unliked" plus last time used today it froze and took 20+ minutes to get it back to the point wher the film left off "AWEFUL!" commercials even froze so Inhad to wait longer than 150 seconds to resume ....ouch ! !

Watched 1 movie that was only about 1hr 45 minutes long but took 2hrs and 30 minutes because of the excessive ad breaks. Will not be using that plex again. I'd rather pay to watch a movie.
