Straight forward and well thought experience
I had a great time using this website, I don't know if this service is against the tos of steam but I imagine it's in a grey area because of the use of bots. I didn't have to use any kind of support options offered by the site as it went swimmingly. Recommend reading the steps, really simple to use

Scam company
I don't know who writes them the positive reviews. The key redemption process is long and confusing by design, and in the end you receive not a key, but an error message that says "Activation Error Kindly contact support through the platform where you purchased the product first. Additionally, you are welcome to reach out to our support team via the chat on this website.". Nobody replies to their chat, and even though I was able to get through hoops and get a refund, the refund was in fake internal keyshop balance currency, instead of real money that I have originally paid.
