Although I've not used the charger yet…
Although I've not used the charger yet as my car is pending delivery. The installation process was swift. He cleaned up after himself and was very knowledgeable about the product. He registered it for me and showed me how to use the app for when my car arrives. Very friendly and would recommend. I will revisit this again once I have had a chance to start using the charging pod.

Josh from Quickcharge was fantastic, on time, really professional and knowledgeable. The weather was appalling but regardless he committed to the job - great install and he ensured I was happy with the end result before leaving - absolute credit to Josh and please ensure he's recognised for his work.

office don't talk to engineers
I had verbal conversations, texts and emails about the time the engineer should come. He texted when I was in the middle of a funeral and it seems he had not been told about the time issue.

Very good installation from Haydn
Very good installation from Haydn. Arrived on time, texting ahead of time to confirm the appointment, and was polite and friendly. He explained the product in good detail and worked well under pressure to locate our earth bonding for the water so the job could go ahead.

Simple and smart outlook. The app is straight forward although the mobile phone needs to be very close to the top of the PodPoint in the first time setup.
