I had a very disappointing experience…


I had a very disappointing experience with Pokhara Host. I purchased hosting from them expecting good performance, but the service quality was not satisfactory.

The server speed was very slow, and my website often took too long to load. Sometimes the website even became unreachable, which affected my visitors and caused problems for my work.

Another major issue was customer support. When I contacted support regarding my problems, the response time was very slow, and the solutions provided were not helpful. It felt like my issues were not taken seriously.

I also noticed frequent downtime, which made my website unreliable. For anyone running an online business or important website, this kind of service can create serious problems.

Overall, my experience with Pokhara Host was not good, and I would not recommend this service unless they improve their server performance and customer support.
