Highly suspicious website

I ordered a jumper from this website. I then got an email about the item was out of stock. The email also daid that if I ordered something else I would then receive a refund for the original item. I asked for a refund and have heard nothing back since.

There are several red flags here:

1) I was charged money when there was not item
2) asking someone to order another item (pay more money) before refunding isn't normal business practice
3) everything on the website is half price (too good to be true)
4) the website does not provide an address or company number
