The ink cartridges are not recognised WF7610. My original cartridges still 'work' OK. Unable to contact company by phone. No response from chat. Really disappointed - no axe to grind just want to get printer working will move on. ref order #5427
Ordered ink refills, carefully followed instructions, did not work, reached out for help, no reply after 6 days. Feels like money wasted. Wish I had payed with PayPal like the other reviewer so that I could get my money back for an unsatisfactory product,
Just bought my third set of lubrink 100mm refills for my Epson xp 635 top quality inks never had a problem with these never had to clean nozzles in over 6 years now the only ink I will use in my printer
I have bought inks and refillable cartridges from Premium Inks over many years and found them very good .
I bought a set of refillable cartridges with inks for my Epson XP 2100 in June. I didn't fit them until Late August and found one cartridge wouldn't work. I contacted them via their Chat service on Sunday, received a reply before midday on the Monday and after a quick chat I had another cartridge sent out to me which I received on Wednesday. I think that's good service. That was the only problem I have ever encountered with their products and I will continue to buy from them with confidence.
I ordered pack of epson cartridges and sent wrong types tried to call the shop few times but no answer.As luckily paid through papal,contacted papal and reported the issue and the shop and received message a return label will be sent out to return the cartridges.But 3 days gone no label no refund.Finally escalated the claim with papal and managed to get refund. Very lucky I paid through PayPal otherwise I would have lost my money.Beware you order from this company.
