I broker I had was great his name is Kyle. He made sure he stayed in touch with me at all times. We found the driver he gave the driver my number and the driver give me his number. Kyle found me a driver within 2 days that picked up in Kansas and the truck was it was in Chicago next day. If I have anyone that's looking to ship a car I will tell then about Pride.

The experience, itself, was great. Liam had the driver there when he said he would, and the driver arrived even earlier than I expected. Didn’t get a heads up to prepare for his arrival-glad I was home and available. Also, understand that the “quote” you get is not what you’ll end up paying. I understand that’s par for the industry, though. They quote to beat their rivals but then raise the price once you’ve all but fully committed. The overall experience was fine, though, and I’d definitely use them again.

The prior week, Stacy agreed to pickup my car on a Monday in DFW, and ship it to Idaho Falls for $750. When we booked it, she insisted they had a driver who would take it, Monday came and went and apparently, they didn’t have a driver who wanted it after all. So we had to move it to Tuesday, and we changed the destination to SLC UT, but she still expected to do it for same exact price despite it being hundreds of miles closer. We finally agreed to $725, and the car was picked up and delivered. Is it what I expected and agreed to initially? No. But she did keep me in the loop throughout the process.

This is an unethical company with a "bait and switch" business model that operates in bad faith.
I called to have a vehicle transported from New Jersey to Florida, and they quoted me a great price $600.
They put the $600 quote on the contract and I signed, but I hadn't put my credit card info in yet. I had been working with
Jessica Miller, and called her the following day to advise that I could schedule shipping a business day prior. Jessica didn't object
and scheduled for 1/30/26 for the same $600 quote, but reminded me that I had not put my credit card information on file yet; she assured they wouldn't run it before they had a driver. Immediately after notifying her that I submitted my card information, she advised that the driver is quoting her $1550
a 158% increase! All of this was via text, as it was now difficult to reach her directly. She then explained that her boss was able to "talk down" the driver to $950, still a $58% increase. I told her to call me (I didn't want to text. I finally received a phone call from someone who didn't sound like Jessica but who stated: "the $600 was just an estimate. I told her I wanted to cancel as her explanation was a deceptive practice. She cancelled the contact, but I have to check my card to see if Pride Car Shipping charged me $200 to cancel. it is a standard practice for them to give a "too good to be true" low ball quote only to "jack-it-up" the price and concoct a story of "the driver wants more money or he is the only driver for all of the companies, and his rate is thus and such."

Don't write follow up saying "you're sorry for my experience, It's just damage control! If you were truly sorry, you wouldn't continue your shady business practices of misleading about your quotes only to switch your price once you have people's credit card info and charging them a cancellation fee if they don't go with your scheme. Your "bait and switch" tactics are intentional, not an accident. It's the way you do business!

jessica miller was the one who guided me. she lied to me that credit card was accepted by the driver after having asked her twice and she replied it was. So thanks to jessica we had to sleep in a hotel because in my car were our blankets, pillows, food and clothing too. the driver would not budge on credit card so he hid our car at a storage facility and would not tell us where it was until we had cash to give him. so for an entire night i had no clue where my car was. the driver treated me poorly because of jessica. While i was in contact that evening with Selena the asst she then decided to ghost me because of jessicas incompetence. We had no help and no one to turn to. While Jessica has proven incapable of trustworthy communication, the driver had my car put into a storage unit and would not provide me with an address until I zelled cashapped or venmo his money. He also had me pay the storage a fee that the owner had no idea why I was paying him. The situation was so bad I had to record his screaming. All thanks to Jessica and her ignorance. Ill certainly be happy to share the email and the recording when I file a complaint against these people.
