I had the worst customer experience with Pride Car Shipping. Jennifer quoted me $700 "all-in" two weeks ago, leading me to believe this was the full cost of transporting my car. Today, she told me $1150 -- 4 days after my car was supposed to be picked up. Not only are they late, but they have also increased the price by 64%. I expect a car transportation business to be upfront about the cost and scheduling. I will discourage anyone from ever doing business with Pride Car Shipping.

Gave me a pickup time then (after trusting Julia’s text) telling me they could pick up today or tomorrow she is now telling me the route is full and is working on finding another carrier and that she has 5 days according to the fine print in the agreement. I don’t have that much time. She then asked me if I wanted to cancel the agreement and pay $200?!?! Sounds like another scam company that is praying on unsuspecting people that trust them.?.? I hope this review helps someone make a more informed decision.

Pride car shipping shipped our car from Massachusetts to California. They picked the car up as scheduled and delivered it as scheduled and kept in communication. The price was reasonable. I would use them again.
