Extremely slow in replying and they also offer you no help. Sometimes they pick up the phone, sometimes they dont. We ordered a banner from them and we paid an extra 15 euros for them to help us with corrections, but they in fact did not help at all and we had to do it ourselves. This makes no sense especially as they are the specialists in this so they would know what works/doesnt work. We then tried to order vinyls for our art gallery. This was a disaster as its hard to understand what size it should be especially for paragraphs of text. I spoke to the lady who was going to design them for us and she was very disagreeable. All of a sudden, she said what I sent her could not be used (did not say this over email). She then said that I sent her screenshots when in fact I used canvas. She told me I had to use some design program but couldnt explain to me which one or how. She just expected to know what to do and she offered 0 help. She said why would she help me when we havent paid yet. The whole point of discussing it before is to get it right and we have also used them for the banner so we are clients. Bad for business. I was asking for help and she did not want to give it at all expecting me to know everything when in fact we would go to a company like theirs as they are specialists in printing. Extremely unpleasant and will not be using them again.

Lamentamos mucho en primer lugar el haber recibido su reseña basada en una conversación telefónica con dificultad en la comunicación.
Estamos convencidos de que nuestra intención ha sido ayudarle, pero el idioma resulta en ocasiones un problema en su interpretación.
Hemos tratado de trasladarle las necesidades para realizar su pedido, dado que no podemos arreglar diseños realizados con Canva, debiendo usar una herramienta de diseño profesional y recibirlo vectorizado (como Illustrator que se ha recomendado en la conversación).
Del mismo modo y sobre el servicio de revisión contratado previamente, consiste en realizar los ajustes necesarios para que la impresión resulte exitosa si no se tienen conocimientos del sector, pero nunca incluyen la edición de contenido o elementos ya existentes.
Sentimos que utilice la herramienta de Trustpilot con esta finalidad cuando no se corresponde con una falta de profesionalidad o intención de ayudar.

Printai were easy to deal with, provided prompt service and an excellent product, and language was no barrier (I don't speak Spanish.)
