BBC iplayer problem fixed.

Carlo informed me that PVPN were aware of the issue, (BBC iplayer)​and that management were onto it. He then put me onto Firefox with changed settings, which he set up for me with Teamviewer. It works much better now, but still an issue with Chrome.

Been a happy customer but ....

I have been a happy customer for many years. My license was going to expire and they offered me a VIP discount.
I tried to use that but their system refused that offer. Only after my license really expired I could renew it, but at a slightly higher price.
I complained about it, but their support desk was absolutely not willing to do something about.
In fact, they wished me "more or less" good look with other VPN providers.
Well, I found a new one within 24 hours which was even cheaper and which looks very professional. Happy and lucky me.

Carlo was THE BEST in customer service and knowledge. He replied immediately to my emails and he had the issue fixed within half an hour. Very on the ball and friendly too! Great job

Great Company great team

Patient and competent staff in particular Carlo who went the extra mile to resolve my issue. I am 78 years old and no computer boffin but Carlo didn't give up!! I have been a customer of this company for a number of years and have nothing but admiration for their customer care. Well done.

An absolute noob

An absolute noob, I approached Privatevpn help to install and activate the programme for me. Big Mac took up the challenge and within a few minutes of coded wizardry the programme was as I had asked: installed, up and running. Most grateful.

PrivateVPN resonded quickly

PrivateVPN resonded quickly with a fix for the situation but it keeps returning - not their fault , I understand. A permnebt fix woul,d nice/better and I believe they are working on one.
