I also ordered the simmer packs on December 16. I was sucked in by the video showing a homemaker in her kitchen opening a beautiful ribbon-tied box, with simmer packs made from fresh ingredients. I was lead to believe these were made and shipped in the US. So I ordered 7 packs; assuming they would arrive by Christmas.
Then I saw my purchase receipt; there was a $12.96 sales tax attached. My state does not have sales tax. To their credit, I emailed them and told them I shouldn't have a sales tax attached. They/Paypal did refund that charge back to me. Super! So I waited patiently for my order. When I finally got a tracking email, it showed it was waiting Customs clearing in Spain! Huh? Had I known my order was going to take a trip around the world, I would never have ordered! I finally received my order on Jan. 07. I guess I am a lucky one who received their order. However, I will never order from this company again! They are very misleading!

If there was a more negative review system, I would use it. This company is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered Simmer Packs to be delivered for Christmas, paid the $9.99 to expedite shipping. When I inquired as to the status, I was informed it went to Spain. The status says it’s now in the U.S. and it’s been 21 days and no delivery yet! DO NOT BUY from this company!

I would rate this negative stars if I could. I bought what was marketed as "Premium" Magnetic toolbox labels. The videos and images they showed were raised metal magnets that looked nice and sturdy. I figured for $30 a set they should be good. My order was placed on 12/6 and I received it 1/5... and these magnets are cheap and flat and not at all what was shown in the images or description. They're clearly not metal and flat printed graphics and all of the colors are off. Scam Scam Scam. Customer service first offered me $2 refund, and then a counter of $4 after I continued to email them. I told them to keep their money and that they scammed someone out of $60 during the holidays.

AWFUL company. I placed an order on 11/13/25 and still have not received it. I asked for a refund and all they keep saying is the package shipped and to let them know when it is received.

Absolutely do not buy from this company! It is a scam. They will keep responding to your email inquiries (no phone number available to call) with “be patient “, “we sent out another”, “you can request a refund once you receive the item”( which you will never get)””we spoke to the shipping co. and asked them to update info for you”. Somehow they can provide us with that after speaking to the shipping co. themselves. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM My order was placed 11/15/25. Today is 12/31/25.

I wish I checked this before I ordered. Trust these bad reviews. Co is a scam.

I placed two separate orders of magnets for garage tool boxes.
They are BOTH overdue!!
One says it’s currently in Austria and the other one says it’s in Ireland. At one point they told me my order was delivered to the wrong address but they are still out of the country!
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They got $22 from me the first time and $28 the second order.
Their tracking information is all gibberish

FRAUD! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
1. They do not provide me any shipping details. No tracking number was given, so I had ZERO clue on where my package was.
2. Customer support just had me wait and wait and wait. This is what they wrote me:

Sorry to keep you waiting.
We have asked the carrier to expedite the transportation speed.
But sometimes logistics would have delay.
We've urged the update of your order status.
Please kindly wait for its delivery.

BUT of course I never heard anything.

Fraud. I'm on the phone right now trying to get my charges reversed. So disappointing. Don't purchase!

I ordered a gift for my wife. I got the gift but was charged an additional amount with no explanation. It's been almost 6 months and I have gone back and forth with them out of principle at this point because they continue to say they are trying to refund the difference but are getting an error message. They claim to have tried the same "method" at least a half dozen times. At this point I think it's futile, and I do not believe that they actually ever intended to refund the extra charges

I wish I read these reviews about this website before purchasing with them. I ordered an item for $25.88 with taxes and fees, but for some reason was charged $33.64 on my credit card. I immediately disputed the difference and emailed the company to cancel my order. I never received a response about cancelling my order until later that day and by then they said it was too late because it had already shipped. The item was coming from China, so they probably took so long to respond because of the time difference. When I reached back out about wanting to cancel they just stated to wait until I received the item and then request for a return once received. Which is exactly what I did. The item arrived and I emailed requesting a return, they asked for a picture of the item in response, which I gave. Now they’re stating they can’t accept the return because it’s the correct item that I ordered. I was fraudulently overcharged and then was refused a return on two separate occasions despite what they say on their website or even what the representative stated. I found the exact item with better print on Amazon for $15 cheaper.

Wish I had read reviews before - stay far far away from this company. I decided to cancel my order within hours of ordering & followed their cancelation policy by emailing the address provided - heard nothing - despite their claim of 24/7 customer service. Next email i received was it was shipped which was from same email address I used to cancel. I replied I canceled it and was told since it was shipped nothing they could do - i replied it was in pre-transit (where it stayed for days) I would email again and get the same reply that they know I'll like it when I get it I replied no -- I canceled - kept getting tracking updates with the number they provided. I received a tracking number from USPS from a company they use in GA. I spoke to someone at the Post Office and was told I could refuse shipment & it would be sent back to the sender using the same tracking number. I left a note i my mail box to mailman I refuse delivery of the package they would be delivering. The next time I checked tracking info it had been sent back to GA address - but they were not able to deliver to sender at the return address (seems fishy) so it went to mail recovery-- where only the sender could retrieve it. I emailed the company with this info and was told their tracking showed delivered to me - I sent an email with my tracking info which showed refused....No further reply so I filed a dispute with paypal to dispute the charge & after weeks of providing all the emails I received & all the tracking info they denied as they only go by sellers tracking -- what a joke -- paypal gave me the tracking number from the company which was not the one the company gave me OR the one the US sender sent me through USPS - so that's very fishy and Paypal would only use the one seller sent - which was equally as upsetting. The item was over priced and added extra fees on to make it very pricy - my reason for canceling. Stay far far away from this company - they are scammers

Made a $26.37 purchase with this company and was overcharged on my card. The amount they took out was $34.28.

Scam company. Ordered over two and a half months ago and nothing ever arrived. They won't issue a refund and say to just keep waiting.

Do not purchase from this company. It took over a month to receive my modified order and it's been almost 2 months since I have received a refund for the modified order.

Wrong items sent (MUCH cheaper item sent than advertised), charged $15 FRAUDULENT shipping charge and they refuse to refund me. SCAM

Do not buy from this company! They sent me the wrong item. I sent them proof of purchase, photos of the packaging and incorrect item. They claim the right item was deliver d even with all the proof it was not the correct item. They offered me $6 in compensation which is completely unacceptable as they made a mistake and sent me the wrong item. I even was willing to send back the incorrect item and they refused to give me a refund or an exchange. They would not acknowledge that they sent the wrong item or to send me the correct item.

I ordered the beauty supreme creme all in one moisturizer on 4/14 and have yet to receive my order and it 5/26. The tracking isn't updated so I have no idea where the order is. The companies address shows Miami but that is misleading since the product shows it was in Ireland. I will never order from this company again.
