I ordered some items on this website delivered at a time with a full safety package I am satisfied with this website they give good products.

wow this an amazing wbsite about the shoping things online where you can buy the stuff of all kinds starting from home accessoiries to tech products and thier collection is awsome.

Product delivered was different to the one described and pictured. It had the different sockets and cables. When I raised this with their 'support' and sent pictures and videos as request, they have ignored the differences and told me it's as described - even though it's completely different! 13 emails later they are basically insisting everything is fine and no response to my request to replace for the correct item or a refund.

Absolute rubbish company. Based in Vietnam, if a product is faulty (or they send the wrong product as in my case) you have to return it to that country which costs £42.18 (cheapest). I’m still waiting for a 50%refund which they offered if I kept the product

Ordered product which took more than 3 weeks to arrive. Product was broken on arrival…I contacted straight away and was told I could return at my own cost or I could keep the product and be refunded 70%. They have since ignored all my emails when I say I shouldn’t have to pay anything for a return when the product is broken - it’s also not as shown as picture and is obviously just a cheap version

Be warned, do not use this company.
I ordered a tooth stain eraser kit mid-December 2020
It arrived mid-January 2021, in very poor packaging, item was very poor quality, faulty and would not work. Tried contacting so called ‘customer support’ to ask for return details and a refund. Was told to return the goods to sender. The goods are shipped from Vietnam so it is very difficult and expensive to return them. However, I did return them to Vietnam but no reply or refund. Asked for a refund from PayPal. They are just as bad and would not issue a refund claiming insufficient proof of goods being returned. Complained to Financial Ombudsman about PayPal who upheld my complaint. Exactly one year later received a refund from PayPal. There have been a number of 5 star reviews about Punkybobs on Trust pilot since mid-December 2021 whereas previously they have all been negative. Rather suspicious.

I placed an order on 5th May. According to tracking information it arrived at London Heathrow on 10th May and entered the Postal system on 11th May. However, the Royal Mail tracking information suggests they didn't receive it. It is now 10th June, a month since the parcel entered the UK, and I can only assume it's been lost. The seller either doesn't respond to my emails, or replies to say they'll look into it, but actually does nothing. I have repeatedly asked for either a refund or for the item to be resent, but this has not happened. In fact they don't even acknowledge this request. I have now requested a refund via PayPal

AVOID AVOID. I ordered a biodegradable grass seed mat, what I received is green polyester felt! Got caught out as the ad looked really professional but once I received I checked the website and it's shonky and they are no longer listing the grass mat (felt). Feel like a bit of a tool for not checking on here first. Trying to get my money back through PayPal.

I would prefer to give them no stars.
Ordered a gift for my husband for Christmas. Never arrived, had one email then -after that despite lots of emails they never replied. Luckily got money back through the bank DO NOT USE!

Ordered the grass seed mat, although it did arrive after a few weeks. It is not as described whatsoever, it does not contain any seed/fertiliser as indicates and is just a very thin wooly material. Should've checked on here and luckily was not expensive. Do not use.

Shocking do not buy nothing I’m not 1 for reviews but these are Liberty takers good job I done through pay pal if your wise do not use these.

The company have replied 1 year 17 days after I wrote my review....enough said.

I ordered a roll of seeded grass mat. I have emailed the company three times but they don’t answer. I wish I’d checked them out on trust pilot first. I am usually very careful.

I ordered an item four months ago which has yet to be dispatched. I have emailed a few times and received no response. I believe this is a fake/scam website. Do not purchase from here.

This 'company' if you can call it that has no communication service to speak of....sent 4 emails and never received a reply. I was sent a different product than I ordered.....different colour hair dye. Who would want that! The prouct I was sent was on ebay for a quarter of the price I paid. The item I ordered was never found again on google and doesn't seem to exist. I've lodged a complaint with paypal to get my money refunded. I would not trust this company at all.

Scam. Camping heater I bought isn’t battery powered as advertised. Now my email and details are linked in a joint email and shown to hundreds of their customers. I can see there’s too. Data protection breach. Scam company

Charged me, did not dispatch, ignored my emails. Have launched a fraud investigation through my bank to get my money back. AVOID

SCAM STILL WONT REFUND ME DISGUSTING SAID IT WAS AN ENGLISH PRODUCT BUT WHEN ARRIVED IT WAS ALL IN FORRIN TOOK 2 MONTH TO COME NOW FIGHTING A CASE ON PAYPAL AVIOD AT ALL COST ITS A WOMAN SAT IN HER SCABBY HOUSE SCAMING GOOD PEOPLE OF THETE MONEY

Terrible. I bought a projector off them they sent it ( it took two months to reach me) when I unpacked it it wasn’t even compatible to use in uk. No contact from them when I complained so I went to PayPal who are useless as well. Company insisted I post it back to some address in Vietnam for a refund not the uk one. and now I have no item or a refund due to PayPal being useless as well avoid at all costs they are con artists. Be warned you are not dealing with a trustworthy I’m company it’s a dodgy bunch of con artists in Vietnam!
