The customer support team replied to my email almost immediately and they had a solution to my specific problem within a couple of hours. They were polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Quick and correct answer to my question, very courteous tech named Finn, and the help interface is easy! My specialist was never rushing to end our session, and made sure I was finished and happy before logging off. Pure VPN is the best.

Installed latest upgrade yesterday and the performance is terrible. Takes an age to load and speed is so low any stream TV programmes are unwatchable

Getting Pure VPN installed on a new computer

I was having an issue getting Pure VPN loaded onto a newly purchased laptop. Finn was my support rep who did an excellent job helping me get it installed and even helped showing me some other things to get a better experience. Thanks again Finn

The most reliable VPN service I've ever had for this price. Would recommend to anyone looking for an economical and reliable VPN service. There are lot of servers available to choose from and dedicated P2P servers also. I had no issues setting up and worked as soon as I installed the software.

I'll be honest

I'll be honest, at first, I had LOTS of issues with stability. I use PureVPN for port forwarding on a mail server, so my needs are not typical VPN customer needs, BUT I PAY for the highest tier service and expected what they promised. PureVPN is the ONLY VPN that I could find that allows PTR settings to be changed according to your needs on a dedicated IP with port forwarding. They recently adjusted their port forwarding to better serve their paying customers and I've reaped the benefits as the stability and reliability has improved 10xs!

Support when you need it

Been using PureVPN for quite a few years now and it was the first time that I had issues connecting. Chatted with Neelov and within 10mins he managed to solve my issue. Excellent tool, does the job and their support is amazing.

Stay Away from PureVPN

This morning i got a message saying my subscription had run out so i paid for another two years but then found that i still cant use PureRubbishVPN as it still says that my subs have run out every time I open the program. I used live chat but that was useless i was asked to upload a pic of the message which i did and still got no help so have now asked for a full refund and Ill see if I get it!! Stay away from PureVPN if you want a good VPN and go elsewhere.

They've made massive improvements to…

They've made massive improvements to the mobile and desktop apps over the past few years I've been with them. Cheap VPN that works. Easy to switch between servers so I can get a faster one if needed. Not had any issues with payments, have renewed for another 5 years.

Easy to pay - hard to get refund!

Five minutes to pay - 5 days and counting to try and get money back after downloading the clunkiest platform I've ever seen. Doesn't work, bots on the help chat bouncing you from one fake operative name to another. Dreadful experience. Still haven't been refunded! Avoid.

Fast

Fast, easy setup. Great help from Summer on support. Performance is OK on OpenVPN, Wireguard is much better, but unfortunately dedicated IPs are only available with OpenVPN
