Razorpay is a totally scam company ! I don’t recommend and don’t trust at all!! I had a nightmare because of them
I did a payment via razorpay to get a sleeping pod at Delhi airport they took the money from my account and then I didn’t receive any email confirming my book . Just about they payment. I am trying to get a refund and the website just reports something went wrong and don’t even finish the complain . I want my money back !!!

Razorpay is very fraud & time waste system they took your documents say you we are working on it within 48 hours we will activate & never activate it ,although they use our finecial & kyc documents in other work .
every time when you raise a ticket their agent will call you & tell your process wil be done in priority bases & never it does.
they put a call center to call cutomer make fake & fraud commitement waste their time .
already they have put out 1 lakh thirty two thousand on hold & never release it its their work took money & after taking put it on hold by any way

Disappointing Experience with Razorpay Services

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Razorpay. My recent experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.

Firstly, I encountered unexpected extra charges on my account, which were neither communicated nor justified. This lack of transparency is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Secondly, despite multiple attempts to reach out for support, the response time has been exceedingly slow. When I did manage to get a response, the resolution provided was inadequate and failed to address the core issues I was facing.

Moreover, the customer service representatives I interacted with were often unhelpful and lacked the necessary knowledge to assist me effectively. This has caused considerable frustration and inconvenience.

As a business owner, reliable and efficient payment processing services are crucial for my operations. Unfortunately, Razorpay has not met my expectations in this regard. I am now considering alternative payment solutions due to the ongoing issues and poor service quality.

I hope Razorpay takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their services and customer support.

Stay Away From This Service. Worst Experience.

I signed up for Razorpay as a freelancer to access their payment gateway, believing it would streamline my business transactions. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Firstly, Razorpay requires manual KYC and charges INR 199 for it. This is the first time in my life I've seen a company charging customers to conduct KYC. Despite filling all my information correctly and having my website ready, Razorpay rejected my account without providing any specific reason. Instead, they used a generic email template, which they seem to send out to everyone.

Their customer support is equally frustrating. When I reached out to understand the reason for the rejection, all I received were vague, templated responses. It's clear that they have no intention of providing genuine customer service or support.

I feel completely duped out of my INR 199, with no clear explanation or recourse. Their arbitrary approval process is opaque and unfair, leaving freelancers like me in the lurch. Razorpay's service has been the worst I've encountered, and I strongly advise other freelancers to steer clear of this company.

Razorpay, do the honorable thing and refund my money. Your service and customer support have left a terrible impression, and I will be sharing my experience across various platforms to warn others.

I will also be creating a YouTube video regarding my experience. I wish there was a way to share the email screenshots. I wished to give negative stars if that was possible.

Edit: Just look at the generic replies given by their customer care representatives. Notice how they've given the same reply regardless of the issue in the review. This clearly indicates that they're simply uninterested in resolving the customer concerns. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. I say, run as far away as you can.

We are playing an email game, and this is our 15th email. 
Why are you not asking for details at once, even I have sent all the details that you asked for with proper explanation still my account is on hold from almost a month.

Worst nightmare for online sellers

I want all online sellers to keep distance from this fraud. Read all reviews on Quora and on other platforms. They will keep your money and later ask to disclose your customer details and your purchase invoices. They keep you on test mode and take your customers money and do not settle the amount in your bank account. Worst payment gateway in India is Razorpay for online sellers. You can go with PhonePe PG as it has excellent customers services and Phonepe abide RBI guideline unlike Razorpay.

Hold on my payments!

Ticket has been marked as resolved with an irrelevant response and without actually taking any action.

We have had an extremely frustrating experience with Razorpay's customer service. Each time we raised a ticket, the employees asked for irrelevant information and took too much time to respond. They wasted 15 days of our time and didn't resolve anything, despite marking the ticket as resolved. We've invested a lot of time and resources into integrating Razorpay into our website, but they haven't delivered. It feels like this could drag on for months without any resolution. It's incredibly disappointing that they can mark a ticket as resolved without actually doing anything.
