Razorpay is scam. We at Shiva Realty and Katemodel consultants had been using razorpay gateway and it cheated us for Rs 17000 as we could not provide GST number.

They are completely cheating customers

They are completely cheating customers. They are not responding to the payments failure. We need to follow for 2 months even for small payments.
I have lost 1 crore in business value. Please avoid them if not your business will be a biggest failure.

Scammers

Bunch of scammers!!! I lost 17.57 lac through their payment gateway and all they did was mail me back stupid answers. Fun fact..the scammer still using the same payment gateway i..e.., (career gole consultancy) and they ain’t taking any action against it.I think they are scamming together. This company should be banned ASAP! Its a threat to people.
I won’t recommend this crap to any people. Stay safe! I’ve lost my money and so you could too. If you see sites accepting razorpay payment gateway simply ignore it.

fraud company

fraud company. dont use the razorpay service. oneday you will lose your money.my Bank said, Payment successful with evidence. but razorpay said, payment failure.so our end nothing to do. bank provided the razorpay statement shows money credited in razorpay account. now the razorpay tightly closing them mouth. stupid customer service. but i dont want leave this issue. i am fighting with them. surely will get back my money 57k. so i will use all the options to file the fraud complaint. please read all the reviews and decide, whether use this service or not. afther this review, razorpay reply please enter the ticket no, we will do thats one this one. stupid Razorpay. Ticket ID #8630200 which was created on…

Ticket ID #8630200 which was created on May 13th. The payment gateway is not working on the website and everytime i raise a ticket they say: "We are committed to address your queries and our team will get back you with an update in 2 business days." Its been 24 days now. Very bad customer experience.

Update: now it has been a month and still no response. For the ticket no they mentioned below this is the response they sent- 'We wish to inform you that we temporarily are unable to activate new modes of payment for your account due to a delay at our banking partners’ end. We are working with our banking partners to provide a speedy resolution to this'.
Still waiting for a resolution. The worst experience ever.

A Fraud Company

Totally a horrible company with one of the worst customer support and support system. For them I lost client worth ₹1.6 lakhs don't trust there system. Go for company like Paytm or PayU but don't use Razorpay if you don't want to lose customers.

Ignorant customer experience...

They didn't answer to my ticket ID -8528794 which was created on May 16th. They said this: "We are committed to address your queries and our team will get back you with an update in 2 business days." 13 days have passed! Very bad customer experience...

From the 10 days we were unable to login on our razorpay account Register number is (7743011638). we have tried to reach you alot of time but there is no proper response due to that we are facing problem with customers payments and its a effecting our business. RazorpayX - Series of Unprofessionalism

I started my company recently and wanted a current account to receive payment from my client on an urgent basis. I was guaranteed that the account will be up and running within a week.

Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for my access.
They've partnered with RBL Bank whose process is already slow as is and to add to that misery, the representative assigned to my case doesn't respond and ghosts me.

I've lost lakhs in revenue because of their unprofessionalism and I would not recommend anyone to use RazorpayX if you're in a hurry or want people who care about your business.

To The Leadership: Keep a check on your employees. They don't care about your clients.

This payment gateway is used by fraudsters/scammers. So I would recommend everyone to do your research before purchasing anything using this gateway, because after you purchase they are not going to help you. They will tell you that they will help with chargeback but later they inform that the account doesn't have funds and the chargeback completely depends on merchants. And when the case gets older they even stops replying.

On 3rd of January 23 I purchase a WordPress theme from indiangpl.com which was using razorpay gateway so I blindly trusted that site because it was using verified payment gateway after few hours I received a serial key of the bought product on my mail, later that day while registering I find that the key has already been used multiple times before. Later then I tried to contact the seller on whatsapp support as mentioned on his website for refund but he would see my message and won't reply. After no reply for 48hrs from the sellers support I headed to razorpay support for reporting the fraud with all proper valid proof, the support informed me that action will be taken against the seller but today is 10th of February 23 no action has been taken by razorpay and the seller stands to continue his scam.

The Dumb payment gateway Unprofessonial…

The Dumb payment gateway where they are charging a decent amount but the services are not good, and the internal team in very unprofessional and immature.
1. The website and business I am associated with

Which has all the required details as per the Razarpay guidelines
3. was using this account for almost 4 years.
4. I wanted to get the international payment gateway activated, and placed all the requests accordingly.
5. I have given all the details correctly and placed the request
6. 6. the internal team is again and again not mentioning the details and rejecting the application, also customer care is not able to give me the proper answer, where I am lacking.

Seems like no one is there.
