I had an issue with my account and decided to call their customer support this morning (Saturday). I was greeted by a friendly agent who spoke clear English, understood my issue, and quickly resolved it. Always problems on this site
Always problems on this site. The endless upsell menu is cumbersome & just screwed up an order I got charged for even though I removed the domain from my cart - this site caused charges for privacy, expiry protection + that I NEVER selected - bilked $141.00 for 1 $30 Domain. I am still trying to get them on the phone to correct this and they advertise on this site “calls answered in under 2 minutes” meanwhile I keep getting a familiar message “no call representative is available to take your call” I have had more difficulties and errors with this “company” & site - it’s ridiculous!

since yesterday - Jan 20 at noon hour, their servers have not been working and thus no emails. This morning at 7:47 am still no email. I called their 24 hr help line, to find out they have no time line in when this will be rectified and after asking more questions they have no "temporary" solutions or ways to help current clients.
Very disappointing and frustrating the level of "non-service" provided by their 24 hour technical support team.
They dont know what caused it, they can not access emails from their end and can not say if we will be compensated or not for the loss of use of this service
