Great provider for telephony, the only thing I am missing is a good app for using the service. I know there are a lot of SIP telephony apps out there, but it would add a cherry on the cake if there would be an app from Redspot exclusively for their paying customers.
Good and fast service and the number change from Skype to Redspot is working perfect.

After reading a very positive article in a computer magazine on the internet I ordered Redspot with no hesitation . But sadly ...... This was now months ago . ......I am still waiting, after 3 weeks AFTER the date they say they HAD delivered my service. I have mailed three times with no reply .
I have rung many times with no reply (of the human kind) ..
The IP phone works OK, however I cannot get my phone number moved.
..... Please RedSpot ..... don't say it's TDC and not your problem .... You sold me this service !!!!

Portering af numre fra TDC tager typisk 5-8 uger fra Redspot har modtaget en gyldig fuldmagt. Er fuldmagter ikke korrekt udfyldt vil det forsinke processen med mindst 3 uger. Den første fuldmagt vi modtog blev afvist af TDC fordi den havde forkert navn. Den anden var ok og nummeret blev porteret d. 16.6.10.
