Unfortunatelly very bad experiance with…

Unfortunatelly very bad experiance with them and I told them I will leave review.
Order and delivery process was good, but phone came and it was glitches a bit and battery was overheating, but I continue to use it for few months untill phones screen shot down and wasn't going back on. So I contact them to see if possible to fix it as phone ad warranty . So they send me label for return to fix the phone took them almost a month. So I got my phone finally to discover camera wasn't working at all, so I contact them again to see if we can do something as this phone wasn't working properly so I asked them if they can replace my phone with another one as this one wasn't good at all. So they said they will replace my phone, so again sending phone back to them. After week or so no contact fr9m them no nothing, so I have txt them and they said ooo,we dont have this phone in stock at the moment but they can fix this broken one, so I said no because phone is giving a problem since I bought it so they replay ok we will give u refund because we can't replace the phone with diferent model. So honestly absolutely waste of time and stress with them no phone for 2 months and I need it for work. Terrible service and customer service as i bought phone ther for my wife as well and bin customer with them for a longer time. Very disappointed and I have proof for all this as well, and I will leave more reviews on them on diferent platforms as well I think this was very un fear from them. So guys think twice bef9r u purchase something with them.

This is my second phone to purchase…

This is my second phone to purchase with Refurb, unfortunately there was an issue with the first phone. Although, the communication back and forth was perfect, very understanding and professional. Full refund received. The second phone is working perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Shocking after sales experience

Very disappointed with the customer service experience. I purchased a phone in December and within a short period of time the back of the phone began cracking in multiple areas while both camera screens also cracked and eventually fell off.

I contacted customer service in February, provided all requested details and returned the phone using the return label provided. The phone was received on March 30th.

Since then, I have sent approximately six emails requesting updates and have received absolutely no proactive communication not even confirmation that the phone was received, being repaired or an estimated timeframe for return. Every response simply states a non committal ‘we will follow up’ .

Being left without a phone for this length of time with no communication, is unacceptable. Extremely frustrating experience overall and have lost all trust with this company after being a customer for many years. The seller is Newlife.

I purchased a device that failed to…

I purchased a device that failed to charge, upon contacting customer service I was sent a free return docket to the seller. Once I informed them the old device was sent back I received a brand new phone the following day from the seller without them even receiving the original handset back. I would 100% recommend this service and each item comes with 1 year warranty. My last phone bought from Refurbed lasted me 5 years without an issue. Do not pay top price for practically new phones!
