Absolutely a 5-star experience

Absolutely a 5-star experience! Lucian is amazing! He helped me find all of my videos from a corrupt backup file when Apple spent an hour and a half with me and got nothing. His emails were clear and had examples for me to follow. He found a way when I had lost hope. Thank you! I highly recommend!!!

I don't even know what this company is…

I don't even know what this company is and they just charged my account. No one on chat, sent an email but no way of getting hold of them.

Best Customer Service!

First of all, I would like to thank Lucian for his amazing help! I was locked out of my phone with the screen time pin and now I was able to retrieve it with Lucian's help. The Reincubate backup extractor totally works and is definitely a good software to have! Thank you so much again!!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I lost 10 years of some incredibly important and emotionally significant info when I changed over from an iPhone 11 to a 13Pro and the app that I had been using all these years suddenly disappeared and was nowhere to be found. Contacting Apple was a TOTAL waste of time as they neither took responsibility nor offered any help. I saw the Reincubate program advertised when trying to find a way to get the data back; got the program and was able to extract a back up from my computer but could not get the files to open in any readable format. Contacted the team at Reincubate with little expectation that anything could be done and man oh man, apparently EVERYTHING could be done! They were so exceedingly nice, cheerful, kind, and patient; always responded so promptly and personably that it honestly kind of blew my mind. Several times ;-) Needless to say, I am thrilled .... and... they are SIMPLY AWESOME.

At your wits end? Contact Reincubate

After losing all my data on my iPhone 7, due to an encrypted backup in which I didn't not set an encryption key, I cried for days having lost 25,000 photos, all my contacts, voice memos, notes, etc. I reread the Reincubate article. I had read it the first night, but by this time I became desperate enough to reach out. They were able to work with me to recover the password and I was able to restore my data! I have never been so happy in my entire life. I highly recommend Reincubate! It's been 5 days and I still can't stop smiling.

Fantastic help with screentime passcode issue

I can't say enough good things about the help I got from Lucian at Reincubate with a screen time passcode issue. We were locked out of my son's screen time account due to a forgotten passcode. I downloaded and tried to use iPhone Backup Extractor. It worked on my son's phone, but didn't solve the ultimate issue. Bummer, I thought, I guess I am out $40.

But when I reached out to the company, they responded right away, offering two additional solutions at no extra cost. The second one worked, and we are now in business.

Without Reincubate's help, I was probably in for a month or longer headache of Googling solutions, trying sketchy software, or actually having to set up an appointment at an Apple store, spending all day there, and leaving without the problem having been fixed.

So thank you!!! I will definitely come back to these guys with my next Apple issue.

This is horrible

This is horrible. It doesn't do ANYTHING as they advertise. What a waste of money and time. The interface is terrible, plugging in the license key requires a PHd in Technology... They better send me my money back or I'll be paying them a visit...

WOW is an understatement that isn’t…

WOW is an understatement that isn’t even close to how well this company rates.
I’ll be honest, this program does not work YET with Filmora X which is what I need but after looking at their VERY well layer out and is filled with very useful info and I was so impressed that even though it didn’t list Filmora as a compatible app, I was so impressed that I decided just to email them and ask directly. This is what I got in return.
Less than 12 hours after emailing them which I’m in Utah and they’re overseas I believe in London or somewhere over in Europe but when I woke up this morning and going through emails, I had a response from Camo/Reincubate and more specifically a guy by the name Lucian Dan that responded.
Let’s talk about Lucian… dude is a Rock Star and if he doesn’t own the company, then hats off to them for hiring people like Lucian. I’ve NEVER gotten such a detailed specific response as I did from him. I was absolutely blown away! I’d LOVE to have one employee like him and I hope Camo/Reincubate recognize it and keep him around. I promise you, Lucian is a 1%er because people like him don’t exist.
Thank you Camo/Reincubate and I hope that I can use you in the future once integrating with Filmora works.
I hope everyone finds this review useful and give them a chance to shine. Just because it doesn’t work with Filmora YET, they still work with SOOOOO many others and I’m sure Filmora is just around the corner from working.

iPhone Backup Extractor works!

iPhone Backup Extractor worked perfectly. I needed to extract the data and documents from an app that was no longer supported on the new iOS.
It was easy to use, it made sense and the data was extracted from the back up very quickly.
Cannot recommend this enough if you need to extract photos and documents from an app that is inaccessible.
Great work on a great application!

I’m extremely happy with the wonderful…

I’m extremely happy with the wonderful Reincubate Customer Care team, the creators of the iPhone Backup Extractor. They are prompt, efficient and knowledgeable professionals, that patiently explain the detailed steps to be followed. After using the “I Do Notepad” app for more than 9 years (a diary type app), in mid-June 2021 the app became incompatible with my iPad after an automatic iOS software upgrade. The “I Do Notepad” was already removed from the App Store and there was nobody I could reach out for help. I was afraid that I lost the 9 years worth of data, after trying to recover it without success. Finally, I sent a message to the Reincubate Customer Support Service team, who promptly responded to my request, offering a new ray of hope. They provided me with clear and detailed instructions on how to install the free version of their iPhone Backup Extractor that allowed me to recover the lost data. Their advice was absolutely free. I am extremely grateful to them for saving my data. It’s reassuring to know that in cases like this there are teams that could perform miracles. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Carmen Nitu 🙏

Could not access my Ido notepad after iOS update

After an iOS update to my iPad I found I could no longer access my ido notepad. I had been using this app to compile years of information and notes. I did some research and I found out the app was no longer available on the App Store. I downloaded the reincubate app and contacted the people there. They immediately responded to my emails and walked me through the retrieval of my data. The experience far surpassed my expectation. I thought my information was gone forever.

CAMO is impressive, but it NEEDS Authorization Manager

About the SUPPORT: Incredible! Fast! Wise! I've got support from at least 3 members from this team and I'm impressed how far they answer and how many alternatives they've gave me! I've ended up buying the product Camo and I'm very happy.

About the CAMO: The only thing I'm dissapinted is the Camo has no authorization/license manager. If you buy the lifetime license you have 2 seats to authorize, you can't reset by yourself any seat/license and can't remove an active authorization/license if you want. You have not two licenses, you have in fact TWO CHANCES to authorize. So, if you perform a clean install of macOS or sell your machine you'll need to buy more licenses or contact support team to reset the license which is annoying.

About CAMO stability: This app is impressive! Works out of the box, simple like that! You only need connect your iPhone to your mac and everything will be fine, no lag, no pixelated image. This is probably the best and useful app I have to work in my home office.

You guys made a incredible work with CAMO!

6 years lost -- then recovered. Thank you!!

My wife thought she had lost 6 years worth of journal entries when the developer of the iDo Notepad app stopped supporting the product and a recent iOS update disabled the app. Hans supplied her with links to the software and steps on how to retrieve the database entries into a CSV file, which steps I followed and voila! Recovered!! Thank you so much, Hans!!

Life saver!!

Life saver!!! The iDo notepad app stopped working after doing the last IOS update. I was literally in tears thinking that all my info was gone. Hans was very responsive and got everything retrieved. What a relief!!
