I have had everything from the first Remarkable 1 to the latest Remarkable PaperPro, and besides being the best tool for taking notes, reading, highlighting, etc., it comes with incredible technical service and support. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Replacement process makes no sense
I was happily using my Remarkable Paper Pro tablet for about 9 months when I started having issues with the ink. I was told to return the tablet before receiving a working one. Not ideal as I am using it everyday but fine. I ship it with DHL and receive a replacement about a week later. The replacement has battery issues (not charging properly). I am told to do the same. So the process is to return the tablet before receiving a replacement which is absolutely ridiculous as I could be using this one while it's plugged until I receive another one. If there was a good replacement I would definitely change

Worst customer service ever
Very disappointing customer service experience
I recently purchased a tablet, but the pen did not work properly because the tip kept falling off. I contacted customer service to request a replacement.
They asked for proof of damage, and after sending around 20 photos, I was told there was “no visible damage” and my request was denied.
This has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. A tablet designed for pen use is practically unusable without a functioning pen. I expected a much smoother resolution process.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

I had an inquiry regarding the new beta feature app.remarkable.com. I'm a beta user, and the feature wasn't yet activated for me. The representative informed me that manual activation wasn't possible, but that the feature should be available within the next two weeks. To my delight, the feature was accessible just one day later. The representative was very friendly and explained everything clearly.

I have had my Remarkable Tablet since 2020 and use it daily. I love it.
Recently I had a couple questions for support and use the Chat feature on their website. Got the answers I needed quickly. I was was surprised how easy it was.
Cistomer Service Excellence
Linking to the reMarkable app was not as easy as first thought with only partial access to folders. However Customer Service excelled with their prompt response taking time to understand my specific issue. The solution included useful information on the cause and practical help to resolve. Overal 2 or 3 email exchanges and i was up and running on 2 phones and a laptop.
The reMarkable products have changed my business life for ever! Brilliant!

Review – reMarkable Paper Pro (11”)
I purchased the reMarkable Paper Pro 11” looking for a device exclusively for reading and writing, without distractions. I am a writer and also take notes frequently.
To have the best possible experience, I bought it along with the folio keyboard and the Pro Pen.
After several days of use, I can say that I am keeping it and I recommend it, although I would only upgrade to a future model if certain important details were improved.
What I value most (pros):
– The writing experience is excellent, probably the best part of the device.
– The weight and thickness are ideal; it’s comfortable to use for hours.
– The premium feel is very well executed: materials, design, and finish.
– The tagging feature is fantastic, making organization much easier and is one of the best-designed parts of the system.
What I have missed (cons / areas for improvement):
– When reading documents, the zoom does not reflow the text like an e-reader. It works like image zoom, which is uncomfortable for extended reading.
– There is no quick button to toggle screen rotation. It can only be changed in settings, requiring exiting the document.
– It is not possible to open two documents at once, which would be very useful for reading while taking notes or working between files.
– I would like the device to display the time and date, even in a small, minimalistic way (for example, in a corner or hidden in a tiny icon like the battery indicator), and to be able to insert them quickly into a document.
– The creation date of documents is also not clearly visible.
– A built-in timer / stopwatch would be very useful for working in timed blocks. It does not need audio; a visual signal on screen is sufficient.
– Folders do not show the number of documents they contain.
– There is no search by name within folders. With many documents (e.g., 100–200), finding a specific one becomes slow and impractical.
– The mobile app only allows uploading one document at a time; you cannot upload folders or multiple files simultaneously.
– The app also does not allow direct download of a document to your phone; you must share it first, which is unnecessarily cumbersome.
– It is not possible to choose page sizes. It would be helpful to select standard formats (e.g., 6x9 inches, 8x11 inches) and decide between defined pages or continuous pages, instead of being limited to the default infinite format.
– The mobile app should allow creating quick notes that sync with the device. For example, when you are away from home and do not have the reMarkable with you, but an idea comes up and you want to work on that project later, being able to create the note from your phone and have it appear on the device later would be very useful.
– Bookmarks within documents are missing, which are very useful in long texts or books.
– A basic autocorrect would also be an important improvement.
Optional suggestion (voice-to-text):
For writers, it would be very interesting if the mobile app could record voice notes that are automatically transcribed and appear on the reMarkable.
When you are on the go, at work, or just taking a walk, ideas can come suddenly. In my case, this happens with poems.
This feature is entirely handled by the mobile app, with the reMarkable only receiving the transcribed text, so it would not require any new hardware or disrupt the device’s minimalistic design.
I understand and value the minimalist philosophy of the product, which is why I am keeping it and recommend it. It is an expensive device, but in many aspects, it is worth it.
If these points were addressed, I would definitely become a loyal customer of the brand.

Disastrous shipping and non-existent communication - Valentine’s gift ruined.
I am extremely disappointed with reMarkable’s service. I placed an order (ID: YF78LWYHQCN6JY3K) on February 6th, specifically as a Valentine's Day gift. Despite the order being for refurbished items supposedly in stock, the processing time was unacceptably slow.
I contacted customer support on February 11th to express my urgency. They escalated my case to a supervisor (Case ID: 02122739) and promised an email follow-up that NEVER arrived. The package was finally shipped on February 12th, way too late to reach León, Spain, for the 14th.
It is now February 16th and the tablet is still not here. This lack of professional communication and total disregard for a customer's deadline is shameful for a brand at this price point. If you need a device for a specific date, DO NOT trust their "processing" or their support team. They simply do not care once they have your money.

Please do not waste your money. Their customer service is nonexistent once you experience issues with the device—and you will have issues, trust me—they’ll just make you jump through hoops in an attempt to get what you paid for. They won’t replace the device even if malfunctioning. Unfortunately, what they advertise is not what you receive. 2 weeks of battery? 3 days at most with light use and constant issues with pen connectivity and screen reaction. Worst “luxury” tech device experience I’ve ever had. I regret this purchase and wish I could go back. It has put my job at risk several times already. Not worth it!
