I have been sending money with Remitly for almost 2 years but i just tried sending a little more than i usually send and because the pesos change from one rate to another one they froze my account and since the rate went down while i was sending the money, they did NOT honer my rate of the day that i sent and they cancel my transaction they do not have NO ONE In Person everything it has to be with a chat got cut of 5 times horrible NEVER again will send money with them,and not only they lost me as a client but my family and friend. I make sure of that. HORRIBLE.......

My transaction never went through. Money had been taken out of my account for over 2 weeks. Went into the profile to cancel transaction, no place to do so. Still waiting for my refund. Have to dispute through my bank. Called.. No answer, email.. automated system responded with a message that limited customer service. Chat assistant 2 hours wait time. Bad bad bad...!!!! Again, have time to make excuse; respond to my review but no time to fix the issues. Did as directed, did NOT work!!! I want my refund!!!
