Broken software with no capable support to REPAIR it

Repairshopr doesnt have any capable support personel to solve all the glitches they have. They have email and sms and 3rd party service failures almost weekly and alot of the vital functionality of the software is broken with no one on their staff caring to resolve it leaving it broken indefinitely.

Repairshopr was an impressive software…

Repairshopr was an impressive software for our repair shop/retail center but maintenance performed during regular business hours is unacceptable as the software is unusable during that time. Customer service online is AI (useless)and they take an extended amount of time to resolve issues.

Nothing but trouble from day 1

Nothing but trouble from day 1 and zero support! We have been contacting support many times a day as calendar synch doesn't work, customers often don't get invoices, scheduling plays up constantly, service goes down often and a host of other issues. Avoid this software at all costs.
We are trying to move to another platform and being held hostage presently as they will not release our data. Verges on criminal conduct but they have covered their butts in the terms and conditions.

I used to recommend Repairshopr!

I have been using Repairshopr to run my workshop business for 6 years. It is a great product and does everything we need it to really well, When it all works.

For the first 4 years we barely had an issue, and when a problem came up support were on to it and the problem was solved in a matter of hours.
We are in Australia, so that meant support were responding and fixing issues in the middle of the night their time!
In the last 18 months we have had more issues than the first 4 years and fixes often take days. These are not little issues either, things like the email function going down. So I am sending orders and updates to clients, and the system says they are sent, but the email has gone no where.
Previously I strongly recommended Repairshopr to other workshop business.
Now I am looking else where.

A great prodcut let badly down by support and constant price increaes

The software for this company is pretty good. Not perfect but definitely enhances our business.

Support used to be good as well and the RS techs would join Facebook Groups to provide great support but slowly over a period of time two things have happened

1. We have seen some significant price increases. In 2019 RS was $1,079 p.a. and today it is over $1500 so about a 50% increase. Of course many customers like us are overseas and here in the UK we have been even harder hit with weakness of the £ against the $. For us our subscription has doubled

2. The worse thing about Repairshopr now is that it takes about 2 weeks to get the first response to a support ticket. I submitted one on the 15th March and am still waiting for a response. Thisis a major problem now for us because when things go wrong it has a direct effect on our business.

Two years ago i would have whole heartedly recommended Repairshopr. Today I would say go elsewhere.

They have maintenance hours DURING…

They have maintenance hours DURING normal business hours. There have been a few occasions where we have to close our store just because their platform is down for planned maintenance. Sometimes there's also unplanned events. On top of that, our account stopped working, their engineers can't figure out how to fix it and left us with zero options but to create a new account.
