ReSimpli has been amazing! The support is incredible and the tool itself is phenomenal. Honestly, I left this tool originally to try a different CRM and it just couldn't do what ReSimpli can, so I am so excited to be back on it again.

The CRM is really thoughtful for Real Estate Investors and the most importantly the customer support access is top notch. The best CRM is worthless unless you have support to know how to use it and use it effectively. When you have the best CRM with the best support it makes for an incredible combination.

Customer Service is TOP NOTCH! I had an issue with sorting my leads with a certain filter and they were quick to recreate the issue on their end and has a resolution within a couple hours. They kept me updated on the progress and even followed up a day after the problem was resolved to make sure I was not still having a problems.

They lead with excellent customer service and the best crm on the market. So many features to help make your business as successful as possible.

I had a pretty complicated issue regarding my Domain. Jena stayed on top of the problem for a week. She went above and beyond to get my CRM running successfully and easy on my end. Customer service was excellent

Great customer service, easy communication. Lots of features in the CRM for the industry, especially if you are doing list stacking and skip tracing. Some features would need updating for a smoother experience, like drip campaigns, and automatic topping up the calling minutes balance and SMS, but overall one of the best CRMs out there.

The customer service is top tier. Any issue or question is always answered timely. Overall, I am very satisifed with the platform and its capabilities
