Endurance SLe
I collected my Endurance SLe at the end of November but have waited to write this review as I first wanted to get some riding miles under my belt. Put simply, this bike has changed my life. No more “only in fair weather, calm conditions” rides. No more searching for flat terrain rides; and no more limiting my personal ambition for each ride. I’ve truly pounded the Peak District over the festive break, up hill and down dale with a new lease of life. If you are reading this and like me a 50 something cyclist wanting to re-capture the riding patterns of your younger years, this is the bike for you - Superb!

Very pleased with my new gravel bike
Very pleased with my new gravel bike. Everything came as ordered and it arrived slightly earlier than the predicted delivery day. On delivery the box it came in was in a slightly sorry straight, it had water damage and had several holes in it all down to Parcel Force. Luckily because the bike was well packed inside it wasn’t damaged!
I have been out on my bike a couple of time so far on and off road and am very pleased with it.

My second Ribble bike purchase, fantastic!
Ordered a bike very late before Christmas, wasn't expecting to receive in time, but it arrived just a few day slater, amazing! And so far, what a fantastic bike (my second Ribble), quality and value, a step above much of the competition.
Bike is brilliant...says my wife
Bike is brilliant, says my wife. The CGR is my wife’s first new bike and is using it for commuting. It runs effortlessly and the larger tyres absorb all the bumps that have given her grief on my old bike. Colour scheme is really snappy and the SRAM Apex groupset was a great choice for the type of riding she’ll be doing. We decided to buy the CGR because I ride a 2017 CGR for commuting as well AND you can’t beat the price either.

Ribble CGR SL
I first saw the bike in the Leeds Pop-up Shop, and was able to try it for size. Although the online sizing does seem to be right for me.
Excellent service, with good communications throughout. Slight delay in the delivery, but I put that down to Christmas post. Just note, you will need to be at home to receive the bike, it's probably too large in it's box to collect from your local mail depot.
Bike only needed the saddle and seat post fitting.
Paint work is excellent, and looks amazing in the sun. My only regret is not customising the the bike a little more.

Long lead time and a rushed build.....
Ordered a track bike at the end of November. Received it on December 20th after a lot of chasing. At no point did Ribble contact me without being prompted. On checking the bike at receipt the rear sprocket and dropouts were slightly loose and the chain had been set up too tight. None of this is a huge issue but took the sheen off of an an expensive purchase/Christmas gift. Would be hesitant to repeat the experience.

First class service from start to finish - i got the bike i really wanted at a great price - was able to make changes to my order during the process and everything was handled really well. The bike arrived at the date agreed and was in excellent condition - i would recommend Ribble to everyone - i really like the way you can customise your bike to exactly the way you want it - check it out you will not regret it.
