I too fell for this scam and ordered 6 months ago. I have emailed several times and am surprised they actually reply! they keep saying they are undergoing a
"rigorous hygiene treatment." ha ha! I have turned them in to BBB but don't expect to get my money back. ALWAYS check the Better Business Bureau before you buy anything that isn't from a reputable company!! I too wouldn't give them any stars.

I echo what others have said here and only wish I could give this bunch of unscrupulous chancers a zero rating.
Do not give them any of your money as the chances of actually getting what you paid for or failing that a refund are slim to non-existent.
I made the mistake of ordering Magic Lids hoping to do a bit for the environment. That was in July 2020 and in spite of numerous emails to what is laughingly described as their customer services department there is no sign of any items, let alone the partial refund I was once offered in recognition of the interminable wait for my goods.
They are a bunch of charlatans.

The worse company on line I have come across.Please do not order anything from this on line company you will loose your money. I ordered product 6 months still have not received I ask for my money and refund the money lots of excuses.l have email them 15 times and no refund received.My refund I have given them as charity.Please to everyone don’t order anything day light robbery.

I wish it were possible to give this company 0 stars. I also wish I had read the reviews before having anything to do with these scammers. I ordered a product over 3 months ago. It never arrived and apparently was never even shipped. After numerous emails (so I would have a record) to this company all I received were excuses and the “run around”, when I received a response at all. They even refuse to respond to the Florida BBB. After insisting on an immediate refund numerous times I still have not received it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “BUSINESS”.

Ordered charging cables in July. Nothing. Emails in August. Got a holding reply. Still nothing. FAKE

This is truly shocking. I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering from these scammers. I ordered goods worth £30 from them in August 2020. The goods were never delivered and despite sending and receiving several emails chasing up for a refund and being promised refund, I have never received the products nor my refund. God help me but am not going to let it go.

I bought a cable in July it didn't arrive sent 22 emails still in post? Would not return my money

Ordered charging cable online in Aug 20. After three hastener emails to "Support Rocket Commerce" with unconvincing replies, I realised it was a scam.Not a substantial amount of money involved personally but, how many customers have been scammed globally and how much have they made fraudulently Surely, Trading Standards should get involved.

ordered charger August 1, along with others received no charger, excuses blaming Covid and offering part refund, Nothing, Complete scam do not be duped into ordering from them.

Iam from Canada ordered phone cable's 6 months ago from this company they are scammers and rip-offs waiting almost 6 months for phone cables I keep getting a text about the covid that's why it's taking so long it is a bunch of crap so do not order anything from this company because you will get ripped off

Do not buy from this company because they are con artists they’ve taken my money and plenty of other peoples money and you don’t get the product you are paying for Dave taken £17.94 off for me which I will not see you back so please look at reviews for buying

This company should not be allowed to trade. I’m owed nearly £40 for goods which I have never received. Ordered June 2020 and promised a refund in October still waiting. Totally disgusted.

Wish I had read about this so called company before I handed over my hard earned cash

I agree that the service is ridiculous. I ordered 3 cables in July, like most of you, emails sent after 3 weeks of order and replys blamming on covid for delay. Total rip off

This place isn’t even a star, like many others I was duped , I ordered 25/08/20 and many emails stating it would be with me and there were delays due to COVID and so on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! I ordered from Titan on 11/11/20 and it arrived today 24/11/20

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY, NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT AND THEN REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND, SAYING THE SYSTEMS ARE DOWN, THE ITEM IS ON IT'S WAY, OFFER YOU 255 REFUND ETC. THE REFUND WILL NEVER HAPPEN AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT, I HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING FOR 127 DAYS TO TRY TO GET A REFUND

Same as most , June ordered charger cables after watching slick ad on Facebook, so thought legit , same story lots of emails blaming covid and unregistered tracking code , not a lot of money £8 but I guess that's what they do, be warned if your researching them,there total scammers..
