Item never received, no confirmation email. Avoid at all costs

This is a rubbish company do not deal or order from them. Been waiting since June for some charging cables. If I could give them zero I would. Still waiting for a refund but they have not replied to my last email😡😡😡

Ripped off. Never received the item, empty promises about refunding my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

I placed an order three months ago and have received nothing but vague promises. Never again.

If I could put zero stars I would. Rubbish company telling packs of lies. Basically steal your money and claim the item is on its way and conveniently blame COVID. 3 months to send a phone charger! Offered 25% refund but have issues with their payments. Nothing but thieves and scammers fortunately it wasnt a lot of money but not the point.

By the way Trust Pilot if I tick the box to say let Rocketcommerce know it wont get there as the email address is incorrect

Absolute thieves! Do not order from them, I like many others made that mistake. When you inform them that it hasn’t arrived, they tell you it was delayed and it’s on it’s way. When I contacted them again saying I wanted my money back no reply!

As in other reviews, you contact them (3 times) regarding your order, they reply it's on the way, supply a tracking number, which goes no where. 5 months later, still nothing. Bye bye money.

After three months and several emails same story, no product delivered, fake traking and no refund.
They are thieves!
Do not buy from this site/company.

I purchased some “Kool N Smooth Gel”
When it arrived it was a very small bottle and it was virtually empty, I contacted them by
e-mail, I received an answer saying my message would be passed to the
Appropriate department. That was on the 18/10/2020. I have not heard from then since.

I ordered a product in mid July and as of November 20th have not received it . Have contacted them numerous times and all I get is sorry , due to COVID it has been delayed. I asked for a refund and was ignored . This company has scammed me . Do not have anything to do with them

I urge everyone who paid by credit card to contact your bank I did and got a full refund after i gave the bank all the info regards none delivery and the false tracking number etc. After three months
the scammers offered me 25% and then later a 50% refund but after five months of excuses and lies all i wanted was all my money back.
They still insist my charge cables are on the way ??,
they should be run out of town, they are nothing but a gang of con artists. Stealing is obviously not a crime in their country.

Terrible service, Compleat scam. Ordered cables in August 2020, never arrived, dummy shipping transactions. Email reply’s when you finally get them are full of fake promises. Offered me 25% refund but there refund process is having problems at the moment. Please do not buy from them, YOU wIll loose your money

Ordered coil lightning cords in July- still waiting. Contacted them several times/ in the mail they said . Total scam . Contacting credit card company hopefully can get refund.

Absolutely disgusting service took months to come ,communication terrible and product of phone chargers broke within a couple of weeks.Beware a really shoddy company and products.

An absolute con, never delivered thr the charger leads for which they took the money. They keep giving endless banal excuses and ignoring my requests for refund with pathetic excuses.

Ordered charger lead back in August 2020, never arrived. Continue to lie about it being in the post. Even have the nerve to ask how you have been dealt with.

Dummy site. Dummy me for buying two pillows from them before I checked them out. And when you email them and get excited that they actually wrote back, don't be fooled by their seemingly sincere, "Don't worry, Jeni! You're order's on the way!" It's a bot they send everyone. They are crooks who need to be taken down and prosecuted.

I ordered chargers in July 2020 and as of yet they haven’t arrived. I have messaged then a number of times and like everyone else they blamed Covid-19, carriers, their old company had let them down so was given a new one. Told me it took 25 working days, that was after two months, so I now know my order won’t be coming and it just makes you so angry I won’t be ordering from go groupie ever again.

Never received product, and they won't refund the whole amount. Blaming on Covid conditions and the mail being slow...its been since June 2020.
