Had a really good experience whilst renting a room in a property from Mark and Deb for over 3 years. They clearly both take great care of their tenants and properties, and were always very responsive and quick to solve any issues when they arose.

Mark is an extremely professional, polite and considerate landlord who takes great care to ensure his tenants are happy. He was always available to communicate with and resolved any issues or problems immediately. My room was clean, well furnished and the house was well decorated and cleaned weekly. All bills were included in the rent with no extra charges or fuss which was a great help and allowed me to budget well. Moving in and out was very smooth and quick which reflects Mark’s approach to looking after his tenants. I would definitely look to rent a room with RoombsInCambs again if the opportunity arose.

Rooms in Cambs is absolutely amazing. I have rented two rooms from them over the past 2.5 years and I really wish I could live there longer, however had to change the city. Mark who is the main landlord is the best landlord I have ever had and I can only hope my future landlords can be as great as he has been. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the any of my friends or family! Thanks Mark!

The house is to a very high standard and managed very professionally from fire safety, security to inspections in the property. The rooms are very well laid out and very clean. Any queries are responded to very promptly.
It is a relaxed atmosphere and very one is very friendly. Deb is fantastic. You couldn't ask for anymore that what is provided. Mark sets a very high standard for rental properties. I can very strongly recommend this property or rentals from Mark. Thank you very much again for everything

Great room. Great house in immaculate condition. One of the best I’ve lived in. Landlord is always on hand to sort any issues and overall great experience.

I really liked living here! The house was well thought out with multiple people sharing facilities - the cupboards and fridges were labelled with room numbers so everyone has their own space. The weekly cleaner maintained the shared spaces so all I had to think about was my room. The landlord always made sure we had everything we needed and anything that broke was fixed swiftly.

Mark and Debs have been excellent landlords. Anything we asked for they got. Excellent communication from them. House is beautiful and clean. Any problems got dealt with very promptly. I can’t recommend them enough.

I've been renting a room in this share house for about 3 years. House fully equipped, shared spaces kept cleaned by a cleaning service coming once a week, windows frequently cleaned too.

The landlord is always ready to help and to provide the best experience in this house. Any requested procedure is always straight forward and quickly done.

Neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a long stay

My experience renting this room couldn't be more positive. Mark and Deb are the best landlords ever. Very helpful and approachable. If there was a problem they would come the same day. They even brought us chocolate for Christmas and Easter, very kind of them! Plus, the house was lovely. I definitely recommend renting one of their rooms.

I rented a room for 14 months. The house is kept immaculately clean, all housemates are well vetted and the environment was safe and secure. The landlord adopts an empathetic approach and is always on hand to fix minor problems immediately with minimum fuss. The landlord genuinely cares for the well-being of tenants.

I would definitely recommend renting with Rooms in Cambs. The house at Florida Avenue was spacious, bright, clean and fully equipped. The landlord was the most welcoming, friendly and very helpful, addressing all the issues immediately. The situation with pandemic was also handled professionally: all necessary instructions and recommendations were given and arrangements were made to keep people in the household safe! Safety is another important point. All the systems were checked regularly for fire safety so I didn't worry.

Really good landlords. Provide everything you'd need, and are very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend. Only downside is the price of rent, but you pay for the quality provided (which is very high) and the price is not ridiculous for the area.

Very nice clean house, fully equipped and furnished. The landlord is professional and helpful, very fast with replies and addresses all the questions. The room/house looked exactly the same way it was described. Very simple and quick process of moving in/out.

The house was very modern and fitted out to a high standard and the vetting process was very quick. Getting picked up from the station on the day I arrived was also great.
