Unusable
Shame on you for having system/app issues in Hungary for over a week now!
Coupons? Unusable. Order online? Not possible.
Paying with gift card? Also not possible.
Customer service? Chat said not abailable before 23rd December. Phone said customer service is closed. No answer at all via e-mail.
I cannot do my planned shopping with my gift card not to mention the offers I miss becauee of this.

The worst staff in the online store
The worst staff in the online store. Disgusting customer service. I ordered three packages, they didn't process them for 5 business days. They canceled the order on the 7th day. They only refunded me for one package. They didn't refund me for the other two and no one from the customer service answers my questions.

You can't blame Rossmann for doing this when you're looking for a job, because it's part of the “zeitgeist”: promising a job after numerous interviews (face-to-face and over the phone) and then realising after you've done your homework on the trial day and received a negative response that it was all a sham. Many companies do the same, probably justifying to the State that no one wants to work, while on the other hand collecting money from the State. But wasting the candidate's precious time. Responding honestly to a candidate means respecting them.
To lead them to believe in a false opportunity is to mock them.
So if the choice has already been made, don't bring in the others.
We wouldn't want them to do it to us.
Here are 10 good reasons to act with respect:

Horrible Experience at Rossmann Mersin Forum – Staff Completely Out of Control
On June 7, 2025, I had an appalling experience at the Rossmann branch in Mersin Forum AVM, Turkey. I was mistreated by the store manager (who refused to give her surname) and other staff who acted unprofessionally and arbitrarily.
The power went out only in their store, and instead of handling it calmly, they refused to let me leave—even though no payment had gone through. The cashier said, “You’re not leaving,” and the manager insisted I had to wait. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If money had been withdrawn, I would be the one suffering the loss—not them. I offered to verify everything with cameras, but they continued to argue and tried to detain me.
When I got upset, the manager interrupted a private conversation I had with my sibling and even warned me about my tone. When the argument escalated, she called mall security first to intimidate me. I then stepped outside and called security myself to report the situation. Meanwhile, your staff continued gossiping about me at the counter while I was outside and my sibling was still inside.
This store has completely lost control. The staff are generally rude, untrained, lazy, and lack integrity. On a previous visit, a staff member gave false information about a product and even took it out of my hand to put it back on the shelf.
Rossmann Turkey's head office was informed, and they promised to respond in 72 hours. They did not. On June 12, a junior employee finally called and downplayed everything, repeating false claims and protecting the manager. They are likely to use the power outage as an excuse to deny having any camera footage. A mysterious “witness” was also mentioned—despite no incident report being filed while my sibling was still there. When and how was this person found?
Rossmann Germany must intervene. This branch is out of control, and customers deserve better treatment and accountability.

This is completely unacceptable!!! You are stealing my money!
I paid for 4 items, and you only sent 2 smaller products! Where is the expensive ones that i paid for! already emailed, but you haven’t replied. This looks like theft!!!
If I don’t get an immediate response confirming the missing items will be sent, I’m reporting this to the authorities!

My name is Cihan Mert, and I am writing to you from Turkey. I placed an online order for 31 products from Rossmann Turkey. I made my order on September 12, 2024. Although it was stated that my order would be shipped within 3 days, it was shipped after 1 month.
When I opened the package, only 14 products were delivered. Rossmann Turkey is not answering phone calls, not responding to my inquiries, and not providing any assistance regarding the issue.

CHEATING AND FRAUD!!!
They withdraw the money right away. The items never show up. Customer service does not respond to a any inquiries and the Track and Trace link, they provide, is invalid. So steer clear of this company. If anyone has received anything from here it must be sheer luck and these people should consider playing the Lottery…

Don't go to Rossman, especially the One in Lichtenberg…
Don't go to Rossman in Lichtenberg station, especially if you are not German! They are a bunch or rude racist unpolite people!
Their terminals were broken, so absolutely their fault. Instead of apologising, the lady at the cashier was shouting at customers, especially the one who were not German and didn't have a good German.
The asian guy before me got also scared from this aggressive behaviour.
When It was my turn, again the card machine was not allowing any transactions and she started shouting at me, with no respect at all. I left my stuff there and didnt proceed with the payment, because I had no intention to spend one more second in that hostile place.
A lot of reviews underline the unrespectful behaviour of the staff, so I guess "rudeness" it's the requirement for working at Rossman!
