Not even worth Giving one star

Not even worth Giving one star ! never received my item ,never received a return of my money ,never received the return email. I don’t understand how this company is able to do this freely. Don’t be afraid to save your money because they will take it and you will get-nothing.

I really had high hopes for this…

I really had high hopes for this company! Lovely British clothing. Bought something very sentimental for my partner for Christmas a month ahead of time and still no update on shipping just "label created" and no response after multiple emails and DMs to this company. How tragic to think this is just a scam! Was really hoping to have the Paddington sweater in time for our trip to London

Very low quality tee

Total dissappointment. I have been ordering from them and got about 25 products.

I purchased a t-shirt on sale retailed for 89€ and its a very low quality relabelled product,

definitely they lost a very good costumer.

UK customers should not buy from them

I cancelled before dispatch but it got sent anyway, now they’re refusing to refund. Apparently they won’t honour UK consumer rights, presumably they believe it won’t catch up with them. I’ve been a customer for years and it hasn’t always been like this, but now I will never buy again.

Returns impossible I feel scammed

I bought a very expensive sweater from them. The order process was smooth and the shipping was quick. However when the sweater arrived it was way too big when I reached out to them about a return. They sent me a link which tells me that they cannot accept returns to the region I live in at the moment when I wrote back to the customer service assistant who sent me the link to ask what to do I never received a reply despite several reminders. I feel like I’ve been scammed and I would warn anybody against doing business with this company because you might end up several hundred euros out of pocket.

Never shipped my item

I ordered a sweater over 1.5 months ago and it has yet to be shipped. I’ve emailed and DM’d the company multiple times and have been persistent with asking for updates and they have not once replied. So frustrating considering the cost of the item!

SHADY!!! Where’s my order?

SHADY!!!! My order from 10/13 never shipped. Request to customer service go unanswered. Tried reaching out on social media with no response. Was forced To dispute the charge on my credit card after multiple attempts without a response.

Money taken, no update on order

I ordered october 9th but never heard anything from them. Order has just been confirmed, money taken, but nothing else. I dont mind waiting for my package,but I am only asking for them to be transparent and tell me what is happening???? It was a lot of money too. I contacted customer service twice, no answer. Im not asking for much, just please give me update. It was my birthday present too so Im quite sad

Amazing customer service!

I have always received quality merchandise when ordering from rowing blazers-they truly use the best fabrics! However, I recently received a pair of trousers that had been incorrectly stitched at the waist. When I contacted the company they were immediately apologetic and tried to find a replacement immediately. Unfortunately, they didn’t find a replacement and rather than say oh well it was a sale item and can’t be returned… they offered me a refund. This is the type of customer service that makes for a long term relationship with a customer and I find lacking in big companies. I will continue to be a fan of theirs and look forward to new seasons ahead.

Never shipped, ignored

Placed an order in August 2024, the item never shipped and they ignore customer service emails. I tried emailing them at the beginning of September and in mid-September, but no one responds. They did charge me. I feel like a sucker because I still want the item, they make cool stuff.

Brooke in Customer Service

My five stars is based on the help of Brooke after a small hiccup in an order I placed. Not only did Brooke go above and beyond my expectations with a solution, but she was appreciative and gracious and real. So often customer service falls flat and seems scripted and not very personable. Brooke was amazing and not only solved the issue but was a pleasure. Everyone who works in customer service should be trained by Brooke!!

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. Placed an order in July. Promised to ship “on or before 08/30/24”. It’s 09/04/24 and shocker, order has not shipped. I’ve sent five messages to their customer service “team”. None have been responded to.

For a $200 sweater, I expect (at minimum) responses to inquiries as to order status.

DO NOT order from this company. This was my first (and last) order from them; I should have paid attention to the horrible reviews. Failure on my part to give them a chance. Don’t be like me…shop elsewhere unless you’re cool with throwing $200 in a fire and being totally ignored when you ask for updates as to status of said $200 order.

Non-existent customer service. Buyers beware!!

Having been a Rowing Blazers customer in the past, I am dismayed (!) at the lack of customer service since the Burch ownership earlier this year. Have sent multiple emails to Customer Service without a response. There is no longer a working phone number. Even the listed Burch company phone number in NYC is not a working number. The customer service email for a return label on the enclosed packing slip (!) is no longer valid. It is an exercise in great frustration. I would save yourself the trouble and not order anything unless you are 100% sure it is what you want and are confident with the quality. Painfully poor customer service for what was a stellar company. Great pity.

Top Goods and Service, all Rowing Blazers has to Offer

I have made many purchases over the years at R.B., and have always been overwhelmingly satisfied with the gear and its quality.
I have had only an incident or two that required customer service attention, and I can say this is where the Blazin' team shines as well. Going above and beyond to ensure that all guests are 100% satisfied seems to be the order of the day there. Lou said, " Just remember that the city is a funny place, somethin' like a circus or a sewer".... and good help can be hard to come by there. Brooke in particular, took care of me with speed and consideration most impressive. Quality goods, packaging, delivery, and follow up when needed, puts these cats in a league few matriculate through. keep up the good work!

Rowing Blazers is quality-conscious…

Rowing Blazers is quality-conscious with a nostalgic charm. Their customer service is exceptional. It is their main priority to make your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible. Anne at Rowing Blazers perfectly exemplified this with her diligent customer support. Rowing Blazers reminds me of how my parents and grandparents described former legacy brands before they strayed from craftsmanship. Even though I’ve only shopped online, they have provided a brick-and-mortar type encounter every time. I anticipate building my wardrobe with more of their brilliant designs in the future.

Apologies accepted

Feb 28th I wrote “I love RB stuff, and bought and swiftly received a nice Grateful Dead Yankees polo from them.
But…ordered a Warm & Wonderful Black Sheep Sweater on December(!) 12th 2023, got an order confirmation (RB-190514) and heard nothing ever since.
Nothing.
Sent three emails requesting information. No response. I’m just really sad and now positive I’ve thrown away € 375.
It is now February 28th.
I believe they say they have a small but dedicated team. But no response at all is really just awful business.”

Friday March 1st I got an extensive and sincere sounding apology from Brooke - whose name has appeared before in these reviews. Along with a more than adequate refund. So that’s quite good. RB has been acquired, I understand, by an investment company, which might mean a more sturdy customer experience. I hope so, because I like their stuff.
