I have a collection of cast Iron and also this special steel cookware. My wife and I love cooking in,on and with them, so we decided to buy one for our son on his birthday. He has also just lived in his first home for 12 months. So a double present. He will be 22 in October. He has been eyeing mine off for years, as he loves rib eye and that's what I finish them off in, gets the perfect crust! Cleaning is dead easy!

I was after something in particular and Royal Design was the only stockist of the item I wanted, that would ship to Australia. This is the second time I have shopped with them. I find they stock exquisite wraps and blankets for babies. I will definitely be a returning customer.

For a $600 lamp, they could have put a plug on it that fit an American socket.

looking to replace a couple broken plates from a 30 year old set. the same plates and size were available. after 30 years they are very close in color.

This is my second time purchasing from royal design. Each time, I am kept in the loop about each step of the process: when the order is being processed, when the order is being shipped, when the order is being delivered. The plates arrived neatly packed, all of them are true to the photo and description on the website. Even though one or two plates broke during the extremely long shipping process to Chicago, the customer service has been helpful in the refund. I would highly recommend.

It is very good service and shopping experience. It didn’t ask you to sign up an account but provide all the account services seamlessly. One thing can be better would be the shipping package. Please put some protection on the original packaging since shipping internationally can be brutal :)
