Had a bad experience with a customer service rep. Within 40 minutes of posting about my experience I got a call from the VP of Sales Josh. He was super understanding of my situation, took full responsibility for the sales rep and apologized, and then did everything he could to make it right. I really appreciate Josh reaching out and then bringing in a few other higher ups to resolve the issue. Left at 4 stars cause I haven't got the t-shirts yet, but will update the review once they're delivered.

Very respectful and willing to help, I called to find out a my size and I was told XS but when I received it it was too small, so I emailed them and with out hesitation they sent me small ( the correct size ) right away, very respectful and very caring of their customers.

Made custom shirts for me and my boyfriend for Christmas for his car group he has and they did such a good job!!! I was worried it was going to be blurry because I blew up the logo so much but it wasn’t at all! It looked absolutely perfect and me and my boyfriend loved them! At first, they sent us the wrong sizes so I emailed them on how to fix it and said it’s okay if it comes after Christmas but they rush shipped it so the right sizes still came before Christmas! Their customer service is unmatched. Won’t order custom anything from anyone else!! They’re the best!!!
Ordered a custom sweatshirt and tee shirt with my husbands artwork and the quality was ABOVE AND BEYOND. My husband and I have used other companies before so my expectations were not high. But I must say that from the beginning of the ordering process to the end EVERYTHING was great. The online chat and ordering process was great as well as the phone customer support. The sweatshirt looks like my husband hand painted his artwork on the sweatshirt as opposed to the paper it was on. The sweatshirt and tee are quality cotton. I literally made order and it arrived within two days. Thank you ☺️ for putting a smile on my husbands face for his birthday. He loved both the sweatshirt and tee-shirt.
