I very much enjoyed catching the trains…
I very much enjoyed catching the trains from Moscow to St. Petersburg and then from St. Petersburg back to Moscow. The staff were polite and helpful, the seats were comfortable and I enjoyed watching the scenery through the windows. I would be very happy to travel on Russian Trains again in the future. Thank you.

Because I had an outstanding experience making travel arrangements through RussianTrains a few years ago, I returned to them when planning a major trip traveling from Helsinki, Finland, to Vladivostok. As before, the staff at RT are prompt, courteous, efficient, helpful [even going beyond expectations to telephone me outside their normal business hours due to our time difference]. That was easy to book tickets
That was easy to book tickets. When we travel by train last time 3years ago we need to go to train station to print our tickets there, this time service improve, you update rules, for now I print tickets by myself at home. Thanks!

The seat did not lean back
The seat did not lean back. This was uncomfortable. Also some passengers had too many big bags and this added to the confusion.

I was able to make reservations easily enough; a little more English would be helpful.
I was able to make reservations quickly enough. One thing I did not understand was my seat assignment on the train from Moscow to Smolensk. I needed a friend who knows more Russian than I do to tell me that my assignment was to a lower bunk, and not to a seat on the lower part of a particular train car. I am happy to learn more Russian, but since so much of your online ticket is in English, perhaps you could add this little bit. And I promise to keep working on Russian, even at my age. (You know what it is! :) )
