After ordering a new mattress as a gift from my sweet children, days later I realized I probably needed to change my selection to a more plush-soft Classic…when I called the Customer Service Line- Samantha was oh, so helpful! She was understanding with my new decision and honored my prior discount with the new bed change order. It was the wee hours of the morning when I called (they truly are here for us on the phone 24/7) and she was working with consideration to help me. Minutes after our call, I had a refund already deposited into my account as the new order was slightly less than the original. No RED TAPE or waiting for response! Saavta came through for me! I am so looking forward to my new Classic! Thanks, Samantha and Saavta Team!

WOW WOW WOW! I’m 75 years old, not a light-weight(nuf said) I have to say this is the best mattress I’ve ever had. The Saatva HD mattress is perfect for me. the most comfortable I have ever had. I like to sleep on top of my mattress, not sink in. I am a side, back, belly sleeper. Love this mattress! This company is very attentive, they listen, are quick to answer any questions. Delivery and set up..perfect! I will HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you sooo much!

My purchase from Saatva mattress company was exceptional. From the expertise of the customer service representative
who was knowledgeable & helped me choose the correct mattress to the delivery crew who was polite & professional. And, I love my new mattress! My sleep temperature is comfortable and not too hot, as it was with my previous memory foam mattress. My new Saatva mattress provides a dreamy, weightless, uninterrupted sleep. I am totally satisfied. The mattress pads and linen sheets I purchased are quality products as well.

The sales folks at Saatva are the friendliest and most accommodating people to deal with. I have purchased over 5 beds and 10 mattress covers (they make the BEST mattress covers on the market) over the past 6 yrs from Saatva. Indeed, over the past 2 months, I have purchased 3 mattress covers to hand carry to Tuscany, Italy for a house I purchased there because I couldn't get the quality of mattress covers that came close to Saatva's in Italy.

I bought my Saatva in 2016. I love everything about it. It's very comfortable, well-made with quality materials, manufactured by a 3d generation, family-owned mattress plant in my home state, priced well below the competition, made to order, not collecting dust in a warehouse, and delivered using a local delivery business. All around, a great mattress and company. After 7 years, it's still comfortable with no sagging or dips. I recommended it to my family, and since then 2 sisters and a niece all bought one and love it as much as I. When this one eventually wears out, I know I'll purchase another.

Never buy Saatva mattress toppers, either latex or foam. The product isn't durable at all and especially the latex, the entire surface craters and creates hugh hills and valleys. Impossible to sleep on over time.

I have the luxury firm mattress and found it a little too firm. Saatva offered the foam topper at no cost and now it's perfect! I am a side and back sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper. The customer service is top notch and I am glad to have found a supportive mattress that fits our different sleeping needs.

Customer service is exceptional! There was a miscommunication between myself and employee when ordering. CS took care of the error and couldn't ask for nicer people. Mattress is a king HD (for my husband's comfort)....best sleeping mattress I have ever slept on. I will be replacing another mattress in the future - it will also be a Saatva mattress.

We bought our Saatva mattress shortly after I had back surgery and it is, by far, the best mattress my husband and I have ever had. We bought it in 2018 and it's as solid and comfortable 5 years out that it was on day one. Our daughter also has back problems and she got one and her son did too, we all sleep happily on our Saatva mattresses every night! We highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a good night's sleep.

My Husband and I bought the Heavy Person's Mattress and after 2 months I can say it really made a positive difference for us.
My Husband is heavy, over 300 lbs and has a bad, knees and shoulders. Our other mattress made him hot and achy. He LOVES this mattress and his the pain he felt in the morning from the old mattress is gone! This is FANTASTIC! I sleep well on it too though I am much lighter.

The original mattress I purchased was not right for my back issues. I was past the trial period yet your customer service saved my day and my back. I was able to get a replacement mattress that was firmer and now I dont wake up with back pain any longer. Teresa your Customer service agent was amazing and so very helpful. I have already recommended your products to my entire family who have purchased them as well. Everybody enjoys them.

I purchased the SAAVTA LATEX HYBRID Queen - it is excellent- comfortable and moderately firm and I am l most pleased with it .
Customer service at the 3Ave NYC store was a wonderful experience ! Alex , Jacob and Camilla were so expert in their understanding of the styles of mattresses that it was easy to choose.

The delivery service was as promised…WHITE GLOVE BY K&B QUALITY SERVICE was exceptional.
The gentlemen removed the old mattress and box spring and set up the Latex Hybrid in a careful and caring manner .
They were so customer friendly and kind.

I have had saatva mattresses for the past 7 years. Not only have I been super impressed with quality (enough that all my kids also have these mattresses), but the customer service is unparalleled. I would not go anywhere else for a mattress.

Today Saatva blew me away with their customer service! My husband and I wanted to exchange our Split King Solaire for just a King Solaire. We realized that this would work much better for multiple reasons including when our little one sleeps in our bed. I was bracing myself for spending at least 30 minutes on the phone based on my experience with other companies lately. In literally 5 minutes, their lovely team member exchanged our mattress, answered questions, and processed the difference on cost and I was back to my day. Other companies could definitely learn from this wonderful service and thoughtful approach. I will be highly recommending Saatva to all family and friends.

Just received my mattress pad from Saatva. It smells bad. I posted this feedback on the Saatva website and my review was deleted within minutes.

Addendum:
The day after posting my Trustpilot review, I was contacted by Saatva. They apologized and offered another mattress pad. I said that I did not need another. Then they offered a significant portion of my money back. again I declined, explaining that it was a good mattress pad and I was sure I could get the smell out when I washed it. The company decided to send me the refund any way. That was nice of them.

My husband and I went into the showroom in the Pearl and the salesperson was no nonsense and low hassle and made the buying experience easy and enjoyable! Also when we ordered the bed we realized that we ordered the 11 inch mattress when we really needed the 14 inch one. I emailed customer service on a sunday (Easter) and they got back to me within 1 hour and had my order fixed no hassle and no extra charge. I can't say enough about the customer service experience and how top notch it was!
