Signed up with them

Signed up with them, was given a discount, told to call after the 6 months and we will give you another six months discount. 6 months over and now I am the one who is making it up and have to jump thru hoops. Just going to stop payment. Do not sign up. Sad that companies use these methods to increase their profits.

This is the single worst company on…

This is the single worst company on planet earth. I have been trying to cancel for months and finally needed to cancel the credit card because no-one will talk to you about cancellation. The product doesn't work and they still charge you every month. promising a service tech and no-one comes. insanity.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst. I was with this company over 20 years ago when it was truly a family business but greed got the best of them and now they are the worst security company out there. I will be cancelling my service next time around after being with them for 20 + years!!!

SCAM, this company is a SCAM!!

An absolutely horrible company with horrible people.

We called at least 6 times to have their crappy equipment fixed and they simply ignore you. They don't do what they say they will and they lied every time we talked to them.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!

Horrible dishonest company . Stay away

STOP ? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Do not sign a service contract. They have been sued in multiple states and will never let you get out of the contract. I have been fighting with them since Novemeber to release my system. I never signed a contract with them but they purchased my contract from TBI. My contract is up with TBI and I would like to use someone else. They will not release my system and they keep billing me. I have filed complaints aith AG and BBB and for the few pennies that my service contract brings in a year they are spending way more fighting me. Horrible company ! STAY AWAY . YOU have been warned

So not impressed

So not impressed. My mother had a contract with Safe Home Security. When someone dies, they still expect the contact to be paid. They will not be providing coverage for the last year, yet they still expect to be paid for it despite the fact that the person whose name is on the contract is no longer living and able to use it. Just end the contract early at death! How difficult is that; rather than to make grieving people worry about payment on a contract that will no longer be used.
Just checked on Facebook and there is a page for "Customers Against Safe Home Security, Inc."
I guess that I I am not the only one.

Total rip off. Horrible customer service. AVOID!

This is the worst business interaction I have ever had. Total lack of transparency in pricing, horrible communication, awful customer service. When my credit card expired, they never bothered to contact me to get updated payment information - they simply filed a past due notice with the credit agencies. Then they failed to notify us that our security system needed an upgraded communicator chip for them to continue monitoring - they just kept charging us money while not providing any actual monitoring. Then when we tried to cancel our service, since we were out of contract, they refused to respond to our calls or emails to confirm that the service was terminated. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. There are much cheaper alarm services out there, with far better customer service.

Safe home took care of me for home Security & much more.

Hi.! My names DeAnn, Safe home security took care of me from day one. They are one of the very Best home security systems I could of signed up with & there are many choices. They are honest from the beginning & very understanding of someone’s financial situation. The marketing manager in my area, Tyger U. Has to be one of the sweetest guys I’ve meant. He always answers, any questions I have he’s answered & the deal he gave me was unbelievable. Thank you Tyger & Thank you safe home security I sleep a lot better at night knowing my home is protected with not only home security, fire protection, asset protection, & animal protection as well. Along with medical life alert. If I could give this review 6 stars out of 5 I would.

The customer service is the worst I've…

The customer service is the worst I've ever found. I've been trying to update my contact number for over a year but they keep reverting to calling the old one. I really resent being locked into a 5 year contract with them.

Safe Home Security's contract

Safe Home Security's contract was resolved, and this was reflected on two of the credit bureaus. The reason I stopped payment was the alarm stopped working and the company didn't seem interested in repairing it; however, they continued to bill me for the non-working alarm. I even paid out the contract to have this removed from my credit reports. One credit bureau continued to keep this resolved issue on my credit report. I contacted Mark from the company and he seemed interested in resolving this for me.

I will update the report once this is completed and I may resume services with them. The last company took the money and ran after misrepresenting many things. I think the last I heard they were sub contracting for another company. I won't name the company as they have nothing to do with this fraud.

I have had poor luck with alarm companies whose primary function is to create a mechanism to contact EMS if I have a seizure or a bad fall. The area I live is safe with two large dogs as a deterent.

I will update this review if I have better luck with an alarm and if they don't try to fleece me with fees.
