I was delighted the Manager at Sage took the trouble to look at the surveys and followed up with my dissatisfaction. I received an email and later on a follow up with the Escalation Specialist who was patient and worked with me to resolve my problem. I am really pleased to also be informed that there is a telephone support service that I can access anytime. Until now, I have only been able to email any issues I have and to date the responses have not addressed my questions. Now knowing there is a person I can speak to makes a difference to using the Sage accounting package.
